I bought at hot iron holder from them. In the pix it was hanging on a bathroom sink. When I got it it was small and flat. They fooled me. It was nothing like the picture. Beware of buying from them. This review cost me $24.99. Please be careful.

Pay for what you get - it is cheap, and decent quality for what it is. I've always received my order within a month or so, and it has never been incorrect. Hard to get a hold of them if there are errors, so just make sure your shipping information is correct.

This company is a scam!!! I ordered a hair remover and it does absolutely NOTHING!!!

Scam 101!!!! Two months ago I ordered a lavender lip crayon from this fraudulent company only to be sent a cheap purple lipstick. I called their number listed which is disconnected, a sure indication of a fake website. I then emailed them but received no response. I'm not only disputing this with my credit card company, I just filed a complaint (one of many I'm sure) with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of shutting this unscrupulous website down!

This company is NOT legit. There is no way to get a hold of them to return an item. Their website claims you can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It doesn't tell you how to do that online. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I filled out their "contact us" form through their website and have yet to get a response. I replied to promotion emails they sent me, which say to reply for questions or inquires. No response. I called the phone number on their site which goes to a voicemail that doesn't even say the company's name. I bought a 5 in 1 professional styler and half the product doesn't work like it should. There is no company name on the product nor on the packaging it came in. I received the product on 3/21/23 and want to get it returned within the 30 days for a full refund like their site states but I have had no luck finding out how to do this. This company is awful so BUYER BEWARE!!

Do not order anything from this company! Their phone number is disconnected and they have zero customer service. When I say zero, I mean don't waste your time sending an inquiry or even attempting to return your order. What I received was not what was expected and only until I disputed the charges did I receive money back. They tried to fight it but the item was clearly marked delivered to their facility.

0 stars!! Took my money, sent a confirmation email, never got tracking info. Phone number is not in service. No response on forms. Ordered 12/9 and it’s 12/25 and nothing!

Scam site they took my money and ran. They don’t respond to emails, they don’t take some calls, as her number is not working.. do not buy!

Two stars because I did, eventually, actually received some product. I emailed them multiple times after ordering because it took weeks and weeks to even get a shipping confirmation email. I was told that they have a weeks to months long shipping/delivery period. Of course this is never mentioned before you pay. They only actually sent the items after I threatened to contest the payment on my card. Of the three items I ordered, one brush set was completely the wrong color. The other two were correct but everything is terrible quality. Brushes were jammed in a bag which bent the bristles on most of them. The brush stand I ordered is cut from acrylic (it took me about 20 minutes to peel off all the paper backing) and has nothing to hold it together so a light breeze will send it all toppling over. When I emailed them about the incorrect item, with a picture, they told me they had sent a "like item". So I won't be getting the correct item or my money back on that obviously. I blame myself for not doing my research before ordering. Stay away!

Horrible customer service! Sent notification right away that the item had shipped. I was going away and need the item the following week. I contacted them after a week and no reply, and I asked them to cancel as item would not arrive in time. As soon as I tried to cancel they sent it the next morning. This company is a scam as it has another business name Mississauga Mart, which was the website I ordered from, but the charges went to my Makeup Brush Set. I think they operate under multiple business names because they have had many complaints under the Better Business Bureau. I tried to get a refund for the item, but they said I had received it and they responded promptly to all of my correspondence. I would avoid this company!

Kleptomania is their trade, not makeup sales. Bayer's beware. These guys are criminals and they should be ban from this site. If you ordered from them no contact they even give a shipping order number which is useless. The phone number doesn't work. They are crooks.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Scam scam scam. Do not trust them. Don't buy from them. Buy from Amazon or Walmart, small business what you to support them online but you can't trust them. Don't buy from them. Their phone does exist. I called the phone number online and it's disconnected. Don't buy from them.

DONOT order from this company, they take your $ and run! If you email them, they don’t respond and if you call their # it says it’s some battery company! They are fake and should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people during a major pandemic or any other time for that matter! All I can say is it’s just a matter of time and karma will get them! So sad!

From what I can see, I'm clearly not the only customer affected. I placed my order on December 2019 and never received the item. I emailed and was advised there was a delay due to the worldwide pandemic. After 2 months of waiting I asked for a refund and this has been ignored. Absolute scammers. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Or in my case, do your research before buying online

Ordered the nail set TWO MONTHS ago and still don't have it. Its only when I write them to complain that I see an update in the tracking. So obviously it isn't real tracking. DON'T order from them! Its a scam!

Ordered two products from this company and never received my items after almost a month. This company would not respond to emails requesting updates. The numbers are disconnected as well. Do not do business with these people, it’s a scam.

This is a fake! You will not get your money back after 2 months. Hope that Pay Pal can help me..
