Support is ignoring my emails after promising refund for lost package.
I have a package worth $220 that was lost a few months ago. After sending countless emails and waiting nearly 3 months, mymallbox support finally decided they would refund me $100. The thing is it's been a month since then and they're not responding to my multiple emails asking them to actually send the refund to my paypal.
So in the end, I lost my expensive item, and never received the partial refund that they promised.
This is seriously disappointing. I get that the lost packages is out of their control, but ignoring my emails after promising me a partial refund is extremely unprofessional behaviour. There's nothing trustworthy about this company.

I used MyMallBox to forward a package internationally. The parcel was wrongly labeled as “dangerous goods” and returned by Asendia — but it never arrived back at MyMallBox or to me.
After weeks of waiting, unanswered emails, and multiple complaints, MyMallBox refunded only $8.55, which covers just the shipping cost. This is completely unacceptable. The contents were worth much more, and no real accountability has been taken.
I rejected this partial refund and returned the amount through PayPal to state clearly that this case remains open.
I’ve filed formal complaints with the BBB, FTC, the Delaware Attorney General, and European consumer protection authorities.
I expect a full resolution: either recover the package or refund its full value. I am committed to pursuing this until it is resolved fairly.

This is by far the worst reshipping service I have ever used. They are beyond incompetent and will lie to you to avoid compensating you after losing your packages by hiding behind their arbitrary terms that are designed to protect them. They "lost" my package worth over $300 and would only refund me $100 after 3 months of unpleasant back and forth with them. They ignored my email sending them the invoice proving the value of the item and insisted they would only reimburse $100.
Their customer service admitted to me that they had lost 2 full shipments' worth of packages in April, which means they have cheated their customers out of thousands of dollars worth of goods. This sheer incompetence is simply unacceptable when your whole business model is centered around handling people's packages and getting them to the carrier.
I will be filing a case with the BBB and will be starting the process of suing them in the state of Delaware.
Do not go through the headache I and many other people went through. DO NOT use this company. They are a bunch of scamming thieves with zero regard for your time, money and property.

Reasonable shipping costs but becareful what you use it for
Risky ive lost some things and not be reimbursed but past year they seem to have improved. Had cheap shipping and they did cover a package that after months still wasn't here & wasnt traceable. It eventually turned up another month later. Usually though shipping is cheap and fast

My first experience was awful!
I purchased a beautiful pair of earrings and USPS tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered. But they keep insisting that they have never received the package!?

Speed, price and customer service!
I have been using them for the past seven years, and they have given consistently excellent customer service.
My last package was processed within just hours of being received.
My dealings with customer service have been smooth and quick.
And their pricing. There are other services that are flooding the internet with ads, but they are more expesive, and have terrible reviews.

Excellent service
Excellent customer service. Prompt and easy to communicate with, values my time. Very reasonable international shipping cost and several carriers to choose from. User friendly interface & website makes for a pleasant experience. I look forward to trying their "buy for me" feature which is great if you want to purchase something in the US that does not ship internationally.

I approached MyMallBox with many doubts, but I needed to use a re-shipping service to buy a CD from an US Discogs seller who didn't want to ship abroad. I've never had any issues with mymallbox and I've been using them for years. Fairly priced and a fantastic way to be able to order from sites that don't offer shipping to my country. The website is a little difficult and confusing on mobile at times, but I've always been able to figure it out, I think it's a me issue. Switching to desktop view helps.

The company sends packages well. I like their site layout. I like that you know longer have to notify of incoming package. I had an issue of a lost package and because I didn't declare the value they wouldn't refund. In the end though we came to a satisfactory agreement.

I love this service
I made my account long ago and, although I’ve noticed a price increase, they have a calculator so you can predict how much it will be before making your order. They placed one of my packages in another suite and as soon as I contacted them I got a reply. I thought it was just luck but we were able to have an email conversation as fluent as a chat. I really appreciated that.
