so far so good

I phoned My Mate twice before completing the application form to confirm that there were no hidden charges, they answered my questions clearly and concisely and I went ahead with a short term loan. Yes, it is more expensive than a high street bank but cheaper than other payday loan companies. I like the option of a reduction of interest paid for early settlement. I like the fact that I can actually speak to someone direct and that I was dealing directly with the lender. Also they were very polite, respectful and courteous.
