I ordered plants for delivery in Denmark - the plants where in perfect condition and came after only 3 days, I didn’t expect such a fast delivery to Denmark. Thanks guys!

I ordered a large fern that was sold at an attractive price and arrived well packaged and in 2-3 days to Germany. Unfortunately, the fern was covered in scale bugs/cochineal. I contacted my Mypalmshop which then offered a return or 15% discount, for a plant that should have never been sold in the first place. Now the burden is on me to repackage it and deliver it to a DPD branch...

Horrible customer service. Very very unfriendly staff and only want to sell. No additional information or service. I think this company is only about getting as much money as they can......for problems or service they are gone!!!

I have bought numerous plants on several occations from MyPalmShop and always been satisfied. Good plants, extremely fast delivery and any questions have been answered very quickly on email.

Bought 6 acers, 2 palms,all crammed into a 4 foot x 1 foot box, on receipt lots of damage,plants less than half the size advertised,no answer phone or e -mail, feel I have been stolen from, should be ashamed treating customers like this.

Absolutely fantastic - in terms of availability of rare plants, pricing, communication and swift delivery.

Not impressed First plant arrived Dead and the fact the stem right into the heart of the plant was a dried out brown,shows it did not die in transit.Spoke with Hendrik who assured me it would be sorted out,with a replacement,so I went ahead and ordered another species.SILLY ME IT ARRIVED DRIED OUT WITH LOTS OF BROWNING ON THE LEAVES.The worst was the compost was wet so was it a dried out plant that was dunked to give the appearance of a good plant.So despite assurances I got RUBBISH AGAIN. 👎👎👎👎👎👎DON'T BUY YOU RISK GETTING RIPPED OF WITH RUBBISH

Plant arrived badly packed, had to ask for refund, very disappointed

I can only say positive things about mypalmshop.com. I ordered 2 different size strelitzias and they kindly sent 2 of the bigger ones. I thought that was so lovely of them. They arrived beautiful packed in a sturdy box filled with straw (which is fantastic considering the amount of plastic out there). The plants are happy and healthy with beautiful shiny green leaves. Couldn't be happier!

I ordered 2 palm trees and a banana tree on Monday, got them on Friday in Paris ! very impressive, very quick delivery. Plants were very well packed (straw) and they are exactly the heignt they said on the website. They seem to be healthy.

Dreadful, waited a month for order. Sent emails which was a total waste of time. I would stay well clear of this appalling company.

Still awaiting delivery of plant 15 days after ordering. Sent email but as yet still no reply. Would not use again.
