100% scam, this company should be illegal
Do not trust this company under any circumstances. They claim that you can get refunds if they don’t provide good service but they will refuse to give the money back unless you pay another “refundable fee” which is an absolute scam. You will not see any of the money back and when you try to challenge them they threaten to sue you and manipulate the WhatsApp conversations and email with them to make you look like you’re at fault. I was owed a few hundred and they were super aggressive and unprofessional telling me I am going to need a lawyer. I told them to send me the company policy and they quickly typed in a few rules which suited them instead of sending me official documents. The manager cannot do anything about the refunds either supposedly. Please do not sign up with them if you need help. I even requested official order confirmations by email and never received them, they are not legit
