if I could have given a lower score I would have. Product is terrible, and customer service is even worse

I ordered from several nurseries and their plants were the healthiest and well worth the price. Their guidelines for planting left something to be desired but all in all it was a very positive experience.

Ordered three plants. Two came dead on arrival and they refused to replace or refund for WEEKS. Once I ordered replacements after they refused to refund me, only ONE came, also dead.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here ever.

The Star Jasmine & Weeping Willows I ordered for my mom in May are thriving! The jasmine came with a few flowers which almost immediately dropped due to the FL heat but the vines have grown 2.5 feet already on my fenceline. And the weeping willow has put on 4 feet of growth in just 4 months. WOW!

These folks are awesome! Ordering was easy. We got a couple of peach trees over a year ago and they are doing really well. We had our first harvest this year and they are super sweet. Thank you to everyone involved in the process.

Very easy to deal with, great customer service! Shipping was quick, plants arrived in good condition. Had a little shock from shipping "to be expected" but bounced back really quickly and are thriving. Will definitely use them for all future purchases.

Once again, I am thrilled with Perfect Plants! I recently purchased their Organic Garden Coir for my microgreens. My order was processed quickly, shipped and delivered on time. The Coir itself was a healthy dark brown and it was both soft and airy=PERFECT! and ready to receive my microgreen seeds. Perfect Plants will continue to be my #1 shop for growing healthy plants.

Great customer service from Kendall she answered my questions an guided me correctly on which section trees to look for an an the type that fit my needs to purchase.

The customer service from Kendall was amazing from start to finish. Ended up purchasing 3 more fruit trees after I received my peach tree. It was healthy a little dry from where it was shipped from but nothing I couldn't fix on my own. Will definitely keep ordering my fruit trees from them.

Ordered two bushes from company. Their shipping method is beyond stupid. They shipped the plants laying flat in a four foot box. not standing up, laying flat. when I picked them up most of the soil fell out of the pot. Called them up, they don't answer the phone. got them on line and all you get is a beautiful bullshit response.

I paid $75 for three fig plants including shipping and handling. One is alive. Their response was, Too bad.
