best experience ever only took a little over a month so not too long

Got my Petsies dog, wrong eyes, it's body looks like my dog but, the eyes are wrong. They offered colors and I picked one light blue and one darker blue. They sent brown. I sent several emails to let them know still not right. Why offer then not give to you. For $288 I would expect the right color. All their adds show blue ring around eye, mine are brown. The eyes are what makes it my dog.

Petsies responded to above and basically put the blame on me, and said I approved it. Well I did not. I complained about the color and their design department said it was a lighting problem and the eyes were blue. You needed a magnifying glass to find any blue
So beware of what the design department tells you
I still give them a dissatisfied rating.

My Petsie made me cry when I opened the box. I have been missing my sweet girl for three weeks and this gave me something to hold onto. I’m so thankful for this gift

I'm highly dissatisfied with the product. It looked nothing like my cat. Everything was wrong .The only thing that was right was the color. It should be criminal to charge grieving people that much money for something to get at Walmart for 50 bucks.

Got on made for my sister after she had to put her pup down. She cried and said that "it is perfect!"

My purchase looks just like my June. I love it! And a added bonus, my pit bull and teacup poodle is longer in depression after seeing Juno. It's of course not the same but Ghost is definitely a little happier. So am i. Thank you!

I purchased a petsie of my deceased sphynx cat. The unique spots and colors were captured perfectly. They did a good job with the fabic and sewn in wrinkles. The problem is they have a template body shape for all cats. Sphynx cats do not have the same bodies as other cats. Their head shape, mouth, large ears, long elongated limbs are thin wiry tales are unique to their breed. Putting sphynx "fur" on a regular cat body looks all wrong. It is very silly looking. Much like they have different forms for specific breeds of dogs, they need to offer cat forms for different breeds of cats. I would also like to see an option to have your pet curled up and sleeping. Closed eyes should be an option. They did a great job with what they had but if you have a sphyx or any other unique breed of cat, I would not recommend

I see the attempt but the description details were not followed. I gave a very detailed description of my dog along with multiple pictures and I can see the idea based on the pictures, but the description wasn’t followed in the slightest. I noted about her fur type and color, her size and shape, how she was groomed, etc., and yet it looks like they looked at one single picture and attempted to make something based off of what that one single picture looks like. It just looks like a gray terrier and not even close to a schnauzer. It’s not my dog, which is very disappointing because I feel like it wasn’t worth $200 to get something that I could’ve bought from a store without it being customized.

I was hoping for the brown around her tail to be represented and it was not. Otherwise she looks great.

I’m actually unhappy with the product. He is way too grey. I sent 10 pictures of non of them displayed as this grey. Also, the hair on the ears feels very cheap. I spent a lot of money on this so I would hope I could get either a new one or a refund. I lost my dog not too long ago and I was really hoping for a product that looked like him.

I am actually really disappointed in the petsie. It doesn't look like our pet and the pattern on her coat is just a mess. The only thing right on the pattern is the tail but the tail has some string coming out of it. I have almost 800k followers and was excited to show it to them but seeing this. Im to embarrassed to show it. The petsie is actually bigger than my largest cat which is on me for picking the size but i wish i could switched it if i knew the huge size difference.

Really happy with the whole process including the updates along the way, the end resultncame quicker than I had expected and the attention to detail was a five star result. Very happy we love it

Wonderful product, so life like!

When I had the option to make an edit to the original design, it was made quickly and well. I love my final design :) I can’t wait to sleep/snuggle with my Petsie tonight

Daughter loves it. Very fluffy and loves the added addition of the comb. Looks just like her real hamster that passed away recently. Very heartwarming for her.

My daughter was so pleased and touched by her Petsie Dog. It does look so much like her real dog. It was a pleasure to give it to her.
