Be aware: no refund and no answer from customer support
I placed and paid for an order totaling €278. The very next day, I requested to cancel the order in order to submit a revised file. I only received an automatic response denying any request, and since then, I have not received any further communication, refund, or support—despite more than a week having passed.
This lack of transparency and accountability raises serious concerns. I suspect this may constitute fraudulent behavior under European consumer protection laws. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before making any purchases on this site. Unfortunately, I now have no option but to involve legal counsel to recover my funds.
