Order never arrived, they lied that they have multiple delays etc. then they said they sent it but courier has delays. I asked for tracking number they couldn't provide it. So it's clear that they're a fraudulent scam company. I reported them to my credit card provider, asked for money back. Got my money back. I highly recommend this to all scammed customer. Just contact the bank from which account you paid for the order that you never received.

We are extremely disappointed with this purchase. The beanbag we ordered for our child is of very poor quality and does not meet expectations at all.
On top of that, the shipping was significantly delayed. Even worse, we have been trying to return the item and receive a refund since December 2025, with no success. We were asked to send photos in order to receive a return label, which we did immediately — and then nothing. No reply, no return label, no refund.
This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience from start to finish. The lack of communication and support is shocking. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Don't buy anything from myplayground. This is betrayal and product descriptions are misleading.

Took forever to receive my order at the point that I didn’t need it anymore. No possibility of return / refund despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support. This company should not be allowed to exist.

THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYONE who is thinking about ordering here. You will lose your money — this is a fraudulent company.
If you place an order, you will receive emails claiming there are delivery delays, dragging things out until you eventually want to cancel the order or request a refund. After that, they will stop responding completely.
This will probably happen to everyone. Please stay away from this company!!!

After my order on 13th September 2025 myplayground has sent two emails staring that delivery problems would delay the process. After around 4 weeks I cancelled the order. No answer was sent. I’ve sent again an email reclaiming my money back. MyPlayground answered and asked for understanding , the delivery would be processed soon.
To sum up: MyPlayground is not able to deliver, they don’t react to the request to cancel the order. It’s close to betrayal, cause myplayground has the money. I will take legal action, everyone should do so. Either it is really a fake shop - some informations on the website are not correct - or the company has the worst management ever. Don’t buy at this company!

Very disappointing experience! The site is a complete joke. I ordered two games two months ago and am still waiting for them to arrive. Despite sending several follow-up emails, I haven’t received any response or refund. I strongly advise against ordering from this website-it’s a total waste of money.

I ordered a “ball pit” on July 15. On the same day I got a confirmation but no delivery date. On August 5 I asked about it and was told the package is already on the way and will arrive that week. Of course, nothing arrived. On August 18 I asked again, and again they told me the package is on the way. Clearly that was just empty words. Until today nothing has been delivered. I am now forced to involve legal service and Viseca to take action. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I ever had. The worst service, no reliability, just excuses and false promises. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

Never got the product, I sent thousands of emails, and they kept telling the will contact me for more information and never did it , I loss all the money, please never uses this website to buy
