Bestaat Mypo wel?

Mypo adverteert op Bol.com met een slimme pakketbrievenbus.
Ik had daar wat vragen bij, dus ging naar hun website mypo.nl
Daar zag ik, dat de door mij gewenste brievenbus voor een proefperiode van 30 dagen gratis geleverd en gemonteerd wordt.
Derhalve...
Wilde ik van die service gebruik maken.
Formulier ingevuld en 0,01 Eurocent overgemaakt naar de bankrekening van Mypo (dat was een voorwaarde). Ik ontving per ommegaande bericht dat die 0.01 Eurocent ontvangen was door Mypo. Verder geen bericht.
En toen begon het wachten. Na een dag of 4 gebeld. Antwoordapparaat. Ik zou terug gebeld worden. Wat niet gebeurde. Nog 2 * gebeld. Zonder resultaat. Vervolgens een mail gestuurd. Die gelezen is, zo liet mij mijn mailtracker weten, maar die niet door Mypo beantwoord is! Ik vraag mij af.. Bestaat Mypo wel?
