They really knows their stuff! My python scraper is on another level now :)

That would make everything so much easier when having to check what proxies is for what
I have to copy the IP's and check every single one to know what is what

I've been using MPP with Incognition…

I've been using MPP with Incognition and a few of my proxies showed up as being in a different country than my MPP dashboard which led to settings mismatches (geo, timezone, etc). Initially I thought the problem was with the proxies and I got a bit worked up with their customer support. They were patient and understanding, though, and took the time to explain the real root of the issue (Incognition's lookup site) and how to fixt it. Tech support was fast and very helpful! Thanks!

Poor service and customer service is a joke. look at the review before this, a customer wrote a complaint here and they childishly threaten to sue for defamation LOL

Their service doesn’t work out of the box for various commonly used websites - for example Twitter pages just won’t load. You have to email them for each individual option (eg, “please enable my account for _______ website.)

I had to do this for Twitter.

That is inconvenient but not a huge issue the first time.

The problem is that if you later on ask for a solution to a different failed-loading scenario, they’ll tell you that all issues need to be reported within 24 hours, “or it will not be considered a problem”.

Multiple proxies on my account weren’t working for ANY site that uses Cloudflare captcha verification. As common at captchas are, you can imagine this precludes access to a ton of important websites.

I emailed the team and was told by Matthew P from customer service that since I didn’t identify the issue within 24 hours of using the proxies that it wasn’t seen as a problem. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.

They expect all potential bugs to be identified within a day. Incomprehensible.

I responded saying that is unreasonable, and that if they don’t fix it I’ll file a chargeback, and they issued a refund at that point.

Obviously will never use this service again. Pathetic excuse for a customer service team and faulty product.

The use of a proxy is as diverse as the internet, so feeling frustrated about specifying a use case might be seen as somewhat unreasonable. When we assign proxies, we conduct pretests for the primary use case. If the proxy works well for that specified use case, we regard the service as delivered without errors. Expecting a proxy to function perfectly in every scenario is unrealistic.

Our 24-hour complaint window is there to address immediate service errors. Post that timeframe, aside from outages, other issues you're experiencing with the proxy are due to how you're using it, especially considering its dedicated nature. As the sole user, you bear direct responsibility if it becomes restricted on certain sites since its success rate largely depends on your usage patterns.

Requesting a technical fix that doesn't exist after using the service for two weeks, coupled with demanding a replacement and threatening a chargeback, has unfortunately led to the current situation. We handle abusive requests in a direct manner, prioritizing appropriate action over political correctness. So, threatening a chargeback when a request we deem unreasonable is declined may lead to the deactivation of your account, whether you like it or not.

If you're facing issues with specific sites, it could be due to actions leading to restricted access. I personally tested the reported IPs on a Cloudflare-protected site without encountering any CAPTCHA issues, suggesting that the problem might be site-specific, due to your usage, or related to your browser setup.

Things went downhill fast

MY PRIVATE PROXIES (MPP)

Auto billing cycle.
I cancelled the auto renewal and carefully selected to cancel at the end of the billing cycle.
MPP cancelled my proxies claiming I'd made a mistake and cancelled the proxies immediately; I hadn't.
Proxies were off for 4 days.
I explained I was frustrated and they did reinstate the proxies.
They then contacted me to mention my proxies would be offline for an additional two days due to maintenance updates (no mention of extending the proxies to cover their down time)
So, in a paid for month of proxy hire, they felt its OK to have proxies down for a week. This is purely to force your hand to buy more proxies which I have, just not off them.
I've used MPP for many years (since 2014) but won't accept treatment like this.
Disabling my purchased proxies was immature and taking a full four days to reinstate them was poor.
To notify me my proxies would then be off for maintenance was petulant.
Their lack of customer care has lost them a once loyal customer and brand advocate but they don’t seem bothered.
It’s like they have taken on a new employee who simply doesn’t care and goes out of their way to irritate once loyal customers.
Won’t be using again; EVER.

MY PRIVATE PROXIES - 4 days the proxies were down, fact. You were n no hurry to remedy the outage. Your planned ‘maintenance’ conveniently announced when I told you I would not be using your company again. Your outage planned conveniently covered my proxies. This is not misrepresentation GROW UP. This is what happened. As discussed, delete my account details as this is far from acceptable’ customer service and I won’t be using your company again.

I invite your management team (if you have one) to look at the sums of money I have paid your company since 2014. While we may not be the highest paying customer of yours we do deserve customer care, especially after such a long time dealing with you on a trusted basis.

I feel like you took offence I cancelled the auto billing cycle which was the start of this farcical treatment.

At no time have you offered to provide a gesture of goodwill to cover the significant downtime or somewhat lethargic customer service. You’ve lost a long standing and loyal customer by your own lack of service.

Ive taken relevant advice and trust that our parting ways is the end of the matter but we have appropriate processes in place should it not be.

DON'T USE IT

The worst service you can use online is the use of this horible site. I do not advise anyone to use it. You will be faced with the absence of the support team. Your request may remain for weeks without anyone answering you. I bought some Proxys for France, but they gave me numbers for US, thing that make it useless to me.

Their customer service is very very…

Their customer service is very very very bad. Actually, they did not know what customers want. I bought a proxy Feb 14 then I open a support ticket to replace this proxy to another region. And they daily email me there support team check this issue and solve soon. What issue actually here? I using other lots of proxy provider and they are good and change proxy over the live chat and here 4 days running they still now changing proxy. Its jokes? Just avoid them.
