Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 100 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about severe difficulties when trying to withdraw their earned funds, often facing unexpected error messages, payment rejections, or suddenly locked accounts. People also experienced deeply frustrating issues with customer support agents who routinely provided unhelpful or completely preprogrammed responses. Reviewers mentioned that the mobile application frequently freezes, glitches, or alters betting lines unexpectedly during active gameplay. Consumers strongly felt that the platform's payout structures, hidden fees, and promotional offers were entirely misleading and deeply unfair. Many individuals advised others to avoid depositing money entirely to prevent losing funds on the platform.

I downloaded this app and attempted to create a profile but was continuously told that there was an error and I would have to reach out to customer support....so after reaching out to them I was escalated to 2 different management teams before finally being told that I was denied because I failed their "comprehensive criteria check" which was simply sending in an image of me holding my license. Of course they then wouldn't tell me how or why I failed such testing

Will not let me withdraw my money

Will not let me withdraw my money. Spent several hours on chat with them. Repeatedly asked me for the same info to verify my identity. Took pics of drivers license, selfie, everything they asked me to do. They then flagged my account, with no explanation. Chat customer service is a joke. Stay away from this company - there are more reputable betting sites!

Leizel was taking 15 minutes just for…

Leizel was taking 15 minutes just for one reply. On top of that, prize picks itself does not make any sense if what he was saying is true. I referred a friend, & I did not receive any bonus funds. I contacted support, after my friend deposited money & made his first pick play, to let them know I have not received any bonus funds. They told me the Code was entered incorrectly. Even after giving them my friends email address, I was told they can't do anything about it if the referred person has already deposited which makes no sense, because I will not be expecting bonus funds until after a deposit???? So how would I know before hand???? Prize picks is known for scamming a lot of people.

Absolutely garbage

Absolutely garbage. They make the withdrawal process so difficult. I had my bank account connected and did one withdrawal before they said they could no longer take my bank so I opened a BankofAmerica account so I could withdraw and now they reject every single request for the money I’ve won. Can’t wait for this scam to be shut down

Absolutely joke of an app

Absolutely joke of an app. They take away the streak bonus you acrue whenever they feel like you are doing well, won't help you correct what they call their error, then just dismiss you from the help chat whenever they cant figure it out. I achieved a free 10 dollar 4 pick lineup to win 100 dollars. My picks came through, they canceled the lineup and had me pick a new lineup the next day in exchange. Luckily I took screenshots of it and livestreamed the interaction. While the idea behind the site is great they just dont give a damn about fixing their mistakes.

Deceptive Practices and Untrustworthy Platform

SidePrize LLC, also known as Performance Predictions LLC and doing business as PrizePicks, the provider of the mobile and web platform "PrizePicks," appears extremely untrustworthy and deceptive.

The company operates a mobile and web platform that allows users to place real-money predictions on sports projections, game projections, and "culture" projections, such as the price of Bitcoin or the weather in a specific city at a certain time.

Interface

The company’s website uses colors, layout, and design choices that appear intended to encourage users to place more entries. It also uses other questionable design practices, including what many would consider dark patterns. For example, it sometimes shows times next to picks in a way that may make games seem like they are starting sooner than they actually are. It also provides a "last 5 games" graph for certain players, which can be misleading because it does not account for important factors such as matchup quality, weather, injuries, or other relevant context.

Financial

As required by law, the company collects a significant amount of personal information during the signup or verification process, including government-issued identification such as a passport or driver’s license, a Social Security Number, and a facial scan. While these requirements may be legally necessary, the company does not appear to enforce them consistently. In some cases, it requests all verification materials upfront. In other cases, it appears to wait until after a user has won money before requesting verification. If a user loses money, verification may never be requested at all.

Practices

The company may place account limits on users at its discretion, as stated in its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It is widely alleged that the platform limits users who win so they cannot place larger entries, while allowing users who lose to continue playing with higher limits.

Overall, the company appears deceptive in multiple areas, and I would strongly recommend staying away from it.

Please go to any similar site.( Fanatics, fanduel, draftkings all pay instant) It's prolly easier to get a bill passed through Congress then it is t to get your withdraw approved. A scam!!

I heard the name so I tried them and man I sure did make a mistake. After getting some promos on draft kinds predict and fanatics markets and also fanduel predict. I pricepics is atrocious. Like no matter what player or game you pick it's a complete ripoff to every other site. Literally any site where u can place money on has better odds n payout and it's actually should be a federal crime how much they ripoff from everyone.
As for the payout well I have very little hope they will pay me as it's been days.. I got two pending payouts. Bank transfer and card. $24 and $22 dollars and they can't even afford to pay that I can imagine if I won a decent amount. They just stall and stall and say bs about whatever department and verification approval.

Beware of that company

Beware of that company. They don't pay and make absurd excuses for not doing so. Don't throw your money away there.
We must unite to take down these scammers. The USA is a country of laws and they work, justice works in this country

Please do not download this app

Please do not download this app. The actual worst customer service I have ever experienced. You will NEVER get help they just point you to their terms and conditions. Additionally when they don’t want to talk to you they literally just hang up on you or end the chat without saying anything. Save yourself the trouble and use quite literally any other Sportsbook than this
