I am extremely dissatisfied with them. I placed an order, paying the full amount upfront as required. However, upon delivery of my package today, I was shocked that I had to pay a significant (37 CHF) additional amount as customs duty.
At no point during the purchasing process was I informed that I would have to bear any extra costs related to customs. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.
Highlighting unnecessary thing and hiding important information missleading the client. Well done, never again.

I think MyProtein products are really good, no discussion, specially when we talk about clothes for training, there’s no comparison. The prices are not always the most attractive but I keep returning because it is in fact the best product in the market for me. Regarding the gifts you offer after a customer reaches a certain amount in shopping your products, come on… you were better before. E-books, and discounts in shopping websites? No one really does it or likes it. It’s my most sincere opinion as a customer. Perhaps small gifts such a a shaker or even a simple towel would make much more sense and make your customer spend a bit more just to reach this gift that can be useful for him.

Quantity information is missing for some products, like the cashew butter I bought. The information about a "discount code" was confusing to me, the discount seems to be already reflected in the price reductions, so no need to have a special code, looks like a fake discount to me as the price reductions are applicable to general public. Or have I missed something?
