Courier not good enough
The last 3 times i paid extra for fast shipping and all 3 times the packages did not arrive as expected. Courier is not upto to par with what is promised. For example you offer next day delivery and it arrives 3 days later, which is not the extra service i paid for

Two or three days ago I visited the website and the bars I usually buy were not available. Today I saw that they have been restocked, which I really liked. The only negative thing is that even though you offer discounts, you don’t include any free gifts. Your products are expensive, but you never add a gift on the website, for example drops or something else. Thank you very much.

The whole process was bad, it gave me a headache, for something that’s easy to do you made it hard without any reason, + you don’t have Apple Pay in the app.

Order experience.
During the order process I got a "bad reply" code.
Once during PayPal redirection and once after checkout.
In my case I was able to recover the order process with a simple refresh but the website needs some debugging.

My order never come
My order never come and while i asked to get it as i wanted what i bought, automated reply from customer service informed me on refund
Refund was done but overall experience waiting for what i ordered and never getting is was disappointing
