Scammers! Stay AWAY!
My GF ordered bunch of things from their website. The order arrived incomplete. We tried to contact customer service for several days - nobody on the other side. We wanted to return stuff as we ordered stuff in multiple sizes - the website says the order number does not exist. Tried contacting customer service - nobody on the other side. I am left with stuff that is not my size and no means to return the items. I am shocked that the company has relatively ok review score. After browsing reddit and quora, experience like mine is very common.

I dont recommend this online shop
I purchased an item from this online shop, but unfortunately, it was too large. I wanted to exchange it, but that wasn't possible. I thought I would return it and order the correct size, but I found out that I would have to pay for the return, which is not in line with European law regarding the right of withdrawal. The customer support was terrible; they couldn’t answer my questions and just sent template emails. In the end, I had no choice but to pay the fee for returning the item that was too big for me. I spent more than 200 euros here, but I dont recommend this online shop and will never return.

I like the products and I bought several times.
Usually the delivery is on time and the package is perfect.
I also experienced that the customer service is trying the best to satisfy the clients, I really appreciate their involvement in a issue I had for an order.
I also bought several gym clothing. I found the price-quality ratio very valuable and true size clothing.
Thank you to the customer service team for putting the client first - very much appreciated.
