I love my secret woods ring. I recently broke my ring and ordered another immediately. I live an active lifestyle and am very impressed with the lifespan of this ring considering. There is something energetic that forages a deep connection with secret woods products.

I bought a total of 8 glo "Fusion" rings for two sets of nieces and nephews in the US and Canada. Secret Wood's two-week crafting time is accurate and the rings were then sent out and I was given tracking info.
The rings sent to the US found their destination in less than a week. The Canadian destination on the other hand was THREE weeks. This is by no means Secret Wood's fault.
Rings are amazing and glow very brightly in a rainbow of colours. My relatives LOVE them! Disappointed however that the "Fusion" line was strangely discontinued without explanation soon after I ordered. One of the "Fusion" rings was replaced with an Original glow ring. Overall I'm happy with a unique gift.

I ve waited for more than 2 month to receive my rings never received them, I asked for a refund for almost 2 weeks and still waiting

The ring was cool but it was never sent to me for multiple months and it took insane communication efforts in order to get it to be shipped and the only other option was get a refund that didnt cover what I paid for the ring. Very poor customer service. But 7/10 ring.

When I opened the package the ring was snapped in half, I didn’t get the right colour either.. I ordered a blue one and I got a broken orange ring, was hoping I could get another one that isn’t broken, thank you

I have two secret wood rings and I like them a lot. Delivery service was really good, and the rings are beautiful. They look even better then the picture on the website, for sure.

Which is true in most cases. Don’t know why I was expecting more. Was not durable at all, I guess I didn’t expect it to break so easily being that it was made of wood 🤷🏻‍♂️. I’m glad I only bought 1 and not 3 like I was going to. It’s a nice concept tho, could be executed better in the future.

Email wasn't replied after sent them 3 emails for follow up.

Took multiple attempts to charge the ring, it didn't come with instructions. Broke day 2 of wearing it and customer service wouldn't respond

My order was a gift for my son. He absolutely loved it! Customer service was excellent! I realized within 24 hrs from ordering that I'd accidentally ordered the wrong size. I emailed & explained & they were able to correct my information in enough time to prevent a delay on delivery. Outstanding product & customer service, and a speedy delivery.

I'd give my secret woods ring 2 stars. The idea of the ring I very cool... but my ring is misshapen and doesn't glow very long... and I paid 50 bucks which was half off. But then I saw a promo (and i could be mistaken) for the same thing for 20 bucks.... it's ok. Not sure I'd buy another one.

I got the wrong color of the correct type (I ordered the blue atomic and got green) but I love it. The glow is fantastic! I’m still happy with it and was worth the sale!
