Especially autumn river. It looks like a landscape in the mid-earth, even without light.

I bought a spinner ring, it was clunky and did not spin well, it only held a glow for a few minutes at a time and not very well. I also needed it resized so I emailed them and it took them 2 weeks to reply and tell me that it was too late (because they didn't reply for 2 weeks) to get it resized and refused to help me. Terrible company, bad products, don't waste your money.

Took a while to get here but it was so worth it, I'm so glad I got it. It was hyped up too much and was a little expensive, but it still looks good. Was worried since the reviews were pretty bad but I think this has become my favorite ring!! It has a slight greenish glow but it still looks pretty close to the color and the cracks are really beautiful.

I placed an order on 31/01/2021 and received the ring today in the U.K. I had not read reviews on here prior to my purchase and was extremely concerned after doing so...but I am happy to say that my experience was a positive one. The order shipped from Canada on 05/02/2021 which matches the date of postage on the package. The ring is the same one that I was sent a photo of after ordering and it is beautiful. Yes, it does look better with a bright light source directly above it and so not exactly as spectacular as the studio photos in normal light, but I am happy with it. I just wanted to to let others know that I had no issues at all in case someone has placed an order and is now panicking at the negative reviews - as I was. I can now say that I would genuinely recommend My Secret Wood.

Terrible store. Order received was not what i expected looks cheap and sizing is wrong. Tried to make an exchange for a different size and different ring style.

Super difficult to reach out to them. You really need to chase them to get a reply back. Not worth the effort at all.

Please be wary. Lots of fake reviews on here especially if the 1 reviews are in par with the 5 star reviews.

Delivery is ridiculous. Customer service is desperate. Item never arrived so secret woods opened a ticket with courier. Courier will take 3 months to resolve ticket. No refund forthcoming. Never again order from these gangsters.

I am literally disappointed with the organization of the company. I ordered a ring on November 2nd and I live in Italy. I asked several times to have it arrive before Christmas because it is a gift but I have not received any response. It will arrive on January 12th, I think it's absurd ... too long. It disappointed me so much. secret wood goes back to basics, you were literally more attentive to the customer.

People please beware!! Their customer support is the worst I have ever experienced from any online shopping experience. I ordered my ring and they took one week to reply to me choosing the size. Later they sent me a message that my address is incomplete which it wasn't. I again replied with the same complete address and again they replied with my address is incomplete. 2 weeks were wasted on me trying to make them understand that my address is exactly what I wrote!!! Then finally finally I got an email that my order has been shipped with a tracking number. For the last one week I have been trying to track my package with the tracking number they sent and nothing comes up on the canada Post. It says cannot find any item associated with this tracking number. One reason could be that they used a much much cheaper shipping option with no tracking number. I will continue to write negative reviews until I get my order because frankly I'm very very very tired and would never ever recommend this to anyone!! This is my second time ordering. I ordered almost a year ago as well and experienced the same. This time around I thought maybe they have improved but I was so so so wrong.

I ordered 2 rings, that got here (from Canada to Australia) pretty quickly.
My ring was the wrong size (my fault). The correction, send back and reside of the ring was very smooth and the customer service was very helpful the entire way.
Very please with my experiene.

I ordered two rings for our anniversary. The package arrived 4 days later. The colour & size were accurate & the craftsmanship was good. The rings need a proper charge with a high lumen/ bright light for the advertised glow effect; & the glow doesn’t last as long as expected but all in all it’s pretty lit
