App isn’t great at all for buying vouchers. Some links don’t work at all and takes you to a different retailer, for e.g. I tried to use Sainsbury and Uber today and both links don’t work. For the ones that do however is pretty straight forward and easy to buy a gift card to use. Please work on the tech side of the app and improve it for users!

I got this as a freebie from Community Fibre. I use it to get discounts at Sainsbury's mainly, but I don't think I'd actively pay for it. The app is a bit rubbish. Difficult to find what you want, and it just links you to a gift voucher buying site (which is not formatted for mobile) and gives you a few percent off gift vouchers for places.

Beware of this company and also super motor club who also take your money into the same covering account. They seem to rely on people not checking their statements to keep taking from their bank accounts, when it’s obvious they have never used the so called services so are not aware of being a “member”

SCAMMERS ALERT , THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING 299 POUNDS OUT MY MOTHERS BANK FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS, ONLY FOUND OUT AS HER BANK BLOCKED HER CARD SO WE WENT TO SEE WHY .
SHE HAS NEVER GIVEN OUT HER BANK CARD DETAILS. BANK FRAUD TEAM ARE INVOLVED NOW ,THERE COMING FOR YOU.

just scam merchants, as per most of the reviews pray on old people and just throw payments at the bank account on an irregular basis, can't beleive trust pilot have not marked them down to 1 and black listed the company, also watch out for super puzzle, same bunch of operators

I have used supercard for buying gifts mostly and it has been great for saving a bit of money

I've been a member for over 2 years, I tried to contact customer services to book a free overnight stay in a hotel, the phone just rang and rang, I left a message asking for a call back, but nobody replied.
I'm very disappointed as I wanted to book something special for my 70th birthday on July 1st, will probably cancel my membership

Ordered a JD gift card, quick and easy transaction

Scammers preying on the vulnerable. They telephoned my 85 yr old dad who is hard of hearing & managed to get him to share his IBAN number from his bank statement, he is a man who is usually extremely careful with money etc. They've taken £299 from his account, currently waiting to hear back from them regarding a refund but don't hold out much hope

Really positive experience especially using the discounted gift cards for shopping at Morrisons and Sainsburys

Tried to scam my elderly mother - told her they were from a healthcare company and that she was being GIVEN £200. They did not tell her she needed to pay anything, did not ask for her bank details “we just need your IBAN number to make payment” and did not explain what the card was for. They signed her up for some GP insurance which she did not request. The paperwork is ambiguously written, lacks any detailed information about what you actually get and details to cancel were buried in the letter. Either cold callers are telling lies to get commission or the company is dodgy. Either way, avoid like the plague.

This has saved me a lot of money as i regularily shop at the participating stores. Sometimes the app dosnt work, but i try again a few days later and its ok. Also sometimes the gift cards take more than 24 hours to be emailed to me.
Overall Im very happy with Supercard, thank you for the savings!

** Discounts **
Supercard is very helpful for a day to day purchases. I check the offers on Supercard on a regular basis. The percentage of the offer has come down recently. Also the app is not working on the most recent Android or Iphones. But the gift cards can be purchased through the browser. It is a really worth a try.

Difficult to access customer service as it is via phone call but easy communications to book a free hotel stay

I mostly use for my supermarket shopping and the odd other shop too. Even when the savings are fairly small it all adds up over the course of the year. Easy to use; the e-gift cards usually appear in seconds in your email so I often just buy them as I’m doing my shopping. Thanks

I have been using the Supercard for a year now, it is easy to use and has a good number of retailers where I have used the discount. I will continue to use this and their service. The customer service team is very helpful.
