Do not order the quality is awful and not worth it.

The product quality was horrendous. The color and cut where complete garbage but the worst part was the material quality. The tops I baught could not even be used to sleep in. After contacting the seller for a refund because of this, they refused and only gave me a Coupon for another of their low quality products.

If I could do zero it would be ! My daughter ordered two hoodies not only did they get incorrect colour but put the same initial on both tops , to make matters worse they had the audacity to offer 10 % discount , asked for full refund , will be taking this further . Has anyone reported them , wish I’d looked at reviews ?

Like many others, I also bought as a gift for Valentine’s Day. It took a pretty long time to arrive (over 3 weeks) which I found out later was probably because they’re made in China.. Anyways, I got the hoodies and the material was not at all what I was expecting. Super cheap and thin quality and the stitching didn’t look good. The worst part is, it didn’t even fit my boyfriend. He is 6’1” and a size large so that’s what I ordered. The sleeves were too short even on me and I’m 5’4”! I ordered myself a medium. There were no measurements regarding sleeve length. So I reached out to customer service only for them to end up dismissing then ignoring me. I wish I did more research on this dishonorable company (if you can even call it that). Expensive for a terrible cheap “hoodie”. Unfortunately, I’m out $80. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give it zero Stars I would yes this is definitely a scam I ordered something for Mother's Day I had to wait 4 weeks before I got it I emailed them they did respond back but their responses were always the same so I finally received one of my orders and it was wrong everything was wrong I am so pissed the names that I wanted I didn't get it was somebody else's name what kind of s*** is that it look like it was just stitched together this company ought to be a shame of themselves I am so so disappointed I would never order from them again!!!

Don't order of them, I paid £12 for delivery for it to arrive in 4-7 days and it's been 9 days and it still hasn't arrived and by the reviews of this website it won't arrive, they have been ignoring my emails about a refund and I will be reporting this business, it needs taking down before they take anyone else's money!!

Scam site. They advertise products but send you totally different items. I emailed them and complained - simply wanted a product that was advertised on their site, they stopped replying to my emails and haven’t done anything to fix it. Expensive for cheap products and terrible customer service. Not sure if they should even be allowed to call it “customer service” they don’t do anything. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered what I was hoping would be a nice thick good quality embroidered hoodie for my boyfriend as a valentines present, and instead received what I can only describe as a semi transparent long sleeve t-shirt with a hoodie.

I have attempted to reach out to them several times about my issues and they are now ignoring me. I haven't been offered or been able to get a refund, or even the option to return it and have had to file a dispute with PayPal.

Please avoid them. I should have checked the reviews before I made a purchase.

The hoodie didn't arrive on time when I paid for shipping, the quality was very poor and marks all over the hoodie - I reached out to the team but they didn't offer me anything. Do not buy from this company - I saw a social media advert and wish I hadn't - terrible service and products

Item never arrived. No response to multiple emails. It's been over a month and no updates since the order was confirmed. Trying to get a refund with my credit card company.

I ordered 2 customs stitched jumpers for me and my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. Although the product didn’t specify that it was embroidered, the photos used for this product clearly showed they were. After waiting almost 3 weeks for there arrival, the jumpers (which were identical copies and me and my girlfriend both have names started with A) arrived in completed different colours and the Letters/Roman numerals were just printed on. I have gone back and fourth now for over a month with PayPal and this company and I have had to accept the £57 loss of 2 shockingly bad products. They agreed to refund me £32 due to the absolute state of the products and now they will not respond to any of my emails to organise this. I blame myself for not doing the proper research but do not order here under any circumstances. I would send photos to really show how bad it is but I can’t

This website is based in China, and while they may sell products, their shipping process is unreliable. I paid for expedited shipping (promised delivery within 4-7 business days), but the deadline has passed. Every time I attempt to cancel my order, I receive a generic response saying the product is "on its way" and advising me to check the tracking information. The tracking, however, clearly shows the item is still in China. I would advise others not to trust this site and recommend avoiding it altogether.

Wouldnt even give one star. Took money right away. Fake order number, fake tracking number, no response to emails. I wish i had read these reviews first. SCAM! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Took a while to arrive (from China), but it tells you that before you order, and it is tracked every step of the way for you to see.

No stains or marks on it. Arrived in great condition. It's true-to-size, good quality and the embroidery is good quality, too.

Thankfully I ordered before seeing these reviews. I never would have ordered had I seen these first. I don't know if they've upped their game since or what, but I have nothing but positive things to say about my order.

Our shirt show up stained. They told me to wash it. I told them that we tried and I wanted a refund. Now, they offered a 10% refund. What a rip off. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Odered a hoodie for 32£ payd for it. Then they asked 6£ for delivery asked me again 38£ so I believe 32+6= 38. So it looks like a scam. You payed once, than it askes you to pay twice. Contacted bank asked to cancel my payment for them. Loo

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam! I have paid for my order on 21/07/24 and not yet received my jumper. When I followed up, they claim the order was shipped and received, but this is BS, and the tracking details show the order as pending!

I paid 15 euros extra to have the package delivered between 3 to 5 days and yet it arrived in 8 days.
Moreover, I ordered a custom sweatshirt + a 3D paper card that costed 10 extra euros.
The card was not in the package and therefore I did not receive it.
I have tried to contact them 3 times but they do not reply to any of my emails.
Summary: they scammed me 25 euros, 15 from the fast delivery that they did not do and 10 from a product they did not send.

No not buy off this site.
