Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible travel company

We booked our Andaman and Nicobar Package with My Tour Guru, expecting a smooth and memorable trip. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had.
Right from the first day, the lack of planning was clearly visible. We were promised a visit to Corbyn’s Beach, but later we were told to rest because no cabs were available. This was extremely disappointing and showed how poorly organized the trip was from the very beginning.
Throughout the trip, there was absolutely no coordination from their side. Cabs were frequently unavailable, and whenever we needed to go anywhere, we had to wait for hours without any proper explanation or alternative arrangement.
On the last day of our trip, we were asked to check out at 9:30 AM and waited in the hotel lobby until 11:30 AM for the next cab. Because of the time wasted by their mismanagement, we completely missed visiting Cellular Jail, which was one of the main highlights planned for our trip.
On top of all this, the hotel rooms provided were unhygienic and untidy, making the stay very uncomfortable.
A vacation is supposed to be relaxing and memorable, but My Tour Guru managed to turn it into a stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them, as their lack of professionalism can easily ruin an entire trip.

Very poor services from MTG team

Very poor services from MTG team. Never expected this.

I'm genuinely expressing my disappointments by writing here. Our entire family trip was ruined, they had promised that they are giving us deluxe rooms but when we see the hotels, these were pathetic, smell, mosquitos, uncleaned bedsheet, used pillow, etc.

Port blair ground team is pathetic in port blair, even after requesting for dinner drop at 8:45 the team didn't come to drop us for dinner it was very tired day for us. They said literally said they will not come as it was our mistake that we are having dinner at 8:45PM

A 1 year old baby was hungry for 6 hours just because of lack of information by MYG.
Wake up at 4 AM, catch the ferry at 6:30 AM, reached hotel around 9:20 but we were stopped to give us room till 12PM, even though there were so many calls, we got the room very late, that too a pathetic one, see the below video.
They said norkelling is complementary, when u go to elephant beach, it's not, to experience the snorkeling u have to pay, i was kept telling snorkeling is complementary but no, i was forced to pay 1600.

I HAVE every call recordings but unfortunately I can't paste it here to you guys how pathetic the experience was.

Beware beware

Trust me, if u want a great experience never go through MTG, pay some 10000 to others in the package and have a good experience.

To MTG Management,

To MTG Management,

I wish there was an option to give a half-star rating.

This is to formally record our complaint regarding the extremely disappointing and stressful experience my family and I had during our 5 nights / 6 days Andaman trip booked with MTG. We chose MTG based on promises of “best services,” but the actual experience was the complete opposite especially concerning since we were traveling with an infant and senior citizens.

It is deeply concerning that our earlier review, shared with supporting proofs, was ignored or hidden. This raises serious questions about transparency and possible review manipulation.

False Promises & Misleading Itinerary (Day 1 – Port Blair)
We arrived at 2:45 PM, and MTG had promised at least one sightseeing activity on Day 1. Instead, we were told it was a “leisure day” and asked to stay in the hotel. After repeated follow-ups, we were taken to a park that was already closed. It is clear MTG shares one itinerary during booking and follows a different one during the trip.

Havelock Transfer & Hotel Nightmare
We were asked to wake up at 4:30 AM for a 6:30 AM ferry, which was extremely difficult with an infant. We reached Havelock by 8:00 AM and the hotel by 9:00 AM, but early check-in was denied. We were forced to wait for hours without power, under the sun, with a hungry infant and elderly parents.

When we finally checked in, the room was unacceptable:
• Dirty, used washroom
• Pee-stained, foul-smelling bed sheets
• Bugs on the bed
• Dirty towels used as doormats
• Strong, unbearable odor

This was promoted as one of MTG’s “best hotels.” When we complained, a supervisor shouted at us, behaving rudely and unprofessionally. After arguments, another room was given, only slightly better. Our parents (with BP and diabetes) and our infant nephew were forced to wait outside, hungry and exhausted, for nearly four hours.

Transport & Support Issues
Transport support was repeatedly denied with excuses like:
• “Drivers not available”
• “You are having dinner too late”
• Being told pickup was at 9:30, then forced to wait for hours after vacating rooms

We had to arrange rickshaws at our own expense, and once were forced to adjust seating because a vehicle meant for four people already had an extra passenger.

Overall Experience – Completely Unacceptable
• False itinerary commitments
• Extremely poor hotel hygiene
• Zero empathy for families with infants and elderly
• Rude and unprofessional management
• Repeated denial of transport
• Ignoring genuine customer reviews

NEVER CHOOSE MTG.
This trip caused mental exhaustion instead of relaxation. The service was not worth the money paid and failed basic hospitality standards.

❌ Not recommended—especially for families with children or elderly parents.
Save your money and peace of mind

AND WHEN WE REACH OUT TO THEM ABOUT IT, THEY ARE SO FREAKING UNETHICAL THEY START MINI WAR IN COMMENTS LIKE WTHH!!!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with My Tour Guru.
The agency was not open to proper communication throughout the trip and did not follow the agreed itinerary.
They cite the reason as transport not available for the change in itenary

When I tried to contact the team to resolve issues, the response was unprofessional and hostile, making it extremely difficult to have a proper conversation or get any support.
“complimentary services” were promised at the time of booking but were not provided in reality, which felt misleading.
The accommodation arranged was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below basic standards.
Overall, the service quality was unprofessional, unreliable, and poorly managed.
I would strongly advise travellers to reconsider before booking with this agency.
You would indeed spoil your vacation if you book with them
