While walking past this office, I witnessed a very uncomfortable situation. A woman named Emilia (she had the audacity to ask us if we want to book a tour with her and gave her name) was loudly yelling at another staff member in the street. The tone was harsh and disrespectful, and it created a stressful atmosphere not only for the person being shouted at but also for everyone around. Some people asked the girl if she was ok. Other tourists stopped, looked uncomfortable, and some even commented that they lost interest in joining any tours because of the scene.

As a tourist, I expect professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere, but what I experienced here was the opposite. It’s upsetting to see such treatment of staff in public, and it does not reflect well on the company. Respect and kindness should always come first — towards both clients and employee. Disgusting! She should be fired immediately.

I booked a tour specifically to see the shipwreck, which was the main reason I chose this company. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we did not get to see the shipwreck at all. What made the experience worse was that we were not offered any type of refund or compensation for the missed sighting. While I understand that weather can be unpredictable, the lack of communication and no refund policy left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated. I would caution others to consider this before booking.

Terrible customer service and no refund from My Tours in Laganas, Zakynthos
We booked a boat tour with My Tours in Laganas, Zakynthos (Address: Laganas Beachfront, Zakynthos 29100, Greece) but accidentally chose the wrong date. When we asked for a refund, the company refused unless we found two strangers to buy our tickets in person and change the names on the booking first. This was impossible to arrange on our last day, wasting hours and ruining our trip.

The company showed zero flexibility or care for customers. This rigid policy caused unnecessary stress and arguments, and left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. I do not recommend booking with My Tours — their poor customer service and refusal to refund are unacceptable.
