Disturbing behaviour of the staff
While walking past this office, I witnessed a very uncomfortable situation. A woman named Emilia (she had the audacity to ask us if we want to book a tour with her and gave her name) was loudly yelling at another staff member in the street. The tone was harsh and disrespectful, and it created a stressful atmosphere not only for the person being shouted at but also for everyone around. Some people asked the girl if she was ok. Other tourists stopped, looked uncomfortable, and some even commented that they lost interest in joining any tours because of the scene.
As a tourist, I expect professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere, but what I experienced here was the opposite. It’s upsetting to see such treatment of staff in public, and it does not reflect well on the company. Respect and kindness should always come first — towards both clients and employee. Disgusting! She should be fired immediately.
