Very good!
The first transaction was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds in my PayPal account (my fault). We quickly resolved that. On the same day, I ordered items from this site and a site from Croatia (my country) for my mobile phone. The item from this site arrived just one day later and the postage is only 3 euros more expensive. Thank you and I will buy again from this site.

Order number 15856811 not yet received. Supposedly "out of stock"
I'm confused by the mostly favourable reviews on here. I needed a new phone case for my (old) A3 Samsung phone. MyTrendyPhone came up high in my search engine. My order number is 15856811. They keep emailing me saying the product is out of stock and to click on to the attachment that gives further details. I don't open attachments unless I have good faith in the company. This company: I don't know. It feels like a spam to me, so very cautious. Why can't they tell me what's happening to my order, in the actual email? I placed my order on 25th September 24. I live in the UK, and notice this company are in mainland Europe. This has happened to me before when I ordered from a European company. Much better service when one orders from within the UK.

Do not deliver as promised. No packing number, not possible to call costumer service (saying that you call out of opening time. But is is 9 a clock and they open at 8 on working days.) and when logging in to theier side you get an UCL error message and asked to contact administrator..

They don’t always deliver the next day if ordered before 21:00

Order was supposed to reach me in one day.
But was not sent.
Poor customer service, as it takes ages to get to a tele operator, and they too don’t have a concrete answer.
I got a misleading answer from the agent in the morning that it was klarna’s fault.
Which Klarna informed that was not the case.

Broken s24 ultra case
I bought a new phone and decided to ordered a new case and screen protector from mytrendtphone. Before doing that should have read the 1 star reviews on trustpilot. Got sent broken case, it is still in packaging and broken, from reviews seems like they like to send broken stuff, because I am 100% sure the person who packed my order knew and saw that this item is broken. I have pictures taken and sent to their support few minutes after receiving package from post nord and opening it.
Now I am sitting and waiting their RMA department to inspect their broken item, I have no cover to use, have to worry and be super careful with my new phone as i dont want to drop it. Now I have to hope that I will get a new cover sent to me after the INSPECTION OF A BROKEN ITEM STILL IN PACKAGE. Sent package back using their return label on 2nd of August, because I was waiting for an answer from support with what should I do. I have no idea how long this process will take now. At the moment cant recommend this website and their service, and they start to feel more of a scam and way they legally try to get rid of broken items.
So far, the worst experience, I will edit my review afterward with the outcome and if they were helpful or will blame me for a broken cover they sent me.

Poor Service
I ordered few items to be delivered earlier this week with expected shipment the next day (23rd). Next day, I received an email that 2 of the items are expected to be shipped on the 23rd and one on the 24th. But I didn’t receive any details reg shipment. I called the customer service on the 24th to enquire and I was promised that the 2 items would be shipped that day. Again, I didn’t receive any shipment details. I called the customer service again on the 25th. Again, I was promised that the I would be given feedback with the details and first 2 items would shipped on the 25th. It wasn’t surprising anymore that I didn’t receive the details on the shipment. I am now left with no options other than cancelling the shipment. I am shocked with the level of service.
