Company doesn't have the products that…

Company doesn't have the products that they advertise. I paid for fast shipping and they never put the product on FedEx. I left several messages and NEVER CALL ME BACK. After several emails I got an automated message saying that they are reviewing my request.
Don't buy from this merchant. They have not clue about customer service.

N1 wireless SUCKS!

N1 wireless SUCKS!! They sell defective merchandise and when you email they dont respond. When you call the same man "steve" answers. He won't allow you to speak to a manager and yells at you. I bought beatsx earbuds and they STOPPED WORKING AFTER MAYBE A MONTH. SERIOUSLY ONLY USED MAYBE 5 TIMES BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T KEEP A CHARGE AND ON SUNDAY QUIT WORKING ALL TOGETHER... DO NOT BY FROM THIS ONE MAN SCAM SHOP!!!!

I bought a new Galaxy Note 8 last week…

I bought a new Galaxy Note 8 last week from N1 Wireless, price was best out there. Shipping was fast from NY to NJ. Albert from N1 called me directly to confirm my order and answer all my questions. I just had a support issue regarding phone, and got a quick detailed answer which solved my problem. Planning to buy another phone soon for my fiance. I highly recommend N1, great people to deal with!!

I NEVER received my BEATS STUDIO…

I NEVER received my BEATS STUDIO WIRELESS HEADSET. When I called customer service, the man basically told me it was FedEx's problem. FedEx says its his problem. Therefore, I called my credit card company and they are investigating this matter. I am currently out $200 and have NOTHING to show for it. SCAM!!!

I received your message about the fedex and your valued customer (me) did not receive the package. Please provide proof that I signed for the package.

Item arrived timely

Item arrived timely, was packaged well and in new condition. The Bluetooth works fine and was put in use immediately. I have no qualms about buying from this company again.

It's a great company

It's a great company, but in the same day my product came cracked and started falling apart the headphones worked perfectly, but my son started noticing that the product needed to be fixed.

Great Service

N1 got the package in the mail quickly. I received my earpiece 3 days after ordering. Price is amazing too $20 on the Jabra Steel while everyone else has it for $60

This company is horrible

This company is horrible, ordered thr Beats X headphones from them in gray. Purchased the expedited shipping. Recieved my order 9 days after it was posted shipped, wrong color, headphones are used, one side doesn't work, no box, no package of extra tips, non functional non OEM carge cable included...what a joke. Dont waste your time...they sell garbage crossing my fingers I can at least get a replacement.

If I could give "zero" stars I would.
First the watch did not arrive when expected, had to call to get the item shipped. Item was advertised as New - open box, Came in a mailing envelope with no documentation. I paid for an extended 2 year warranty, the watch stopped working after a little over a month. Several e-mails later I got a response asking me if I wanted to use the warranty, I replied "Yes, please tell me how to proceed" - Have not heard from them since.

Great price

Great price, great product
however, they definitely need to work on their calls. If you want to talk them, you'll have to start calling them from morning until eve and finally they will answer one of them. They can simply hire more employees. I have a business myself, customer service is first in business especially online business, then the products and quality of it comes next. They have the product and the quality, but they don't have a good customer service. You won't get a reply on most of the emails and returns can take up to one half months for a replacement.
