Shoes are astoundingly beautiful. I had to get a bit used to the cork which does not behave like leather but leader also can be uncomfortable at times.
However I had an issue with a sole that came off and customer support was amazing. They covered super quickly the cost of the whole repair and took the feedback to the factory. Super please with the support specially.

I got the Rebe black chelsea ankle boots. Visually, I love these boots. They're chunky, go with a lot of outfits, really what I was looking for. I had to exchange for a size down, so keep that in mind even if you're not between sizes. Customer service is brilliant though!
In terms of quality, I don't think these boots are made to be worn too frequently. I started wearing them in December and it's now March. I would say I've been wearing them a few times a week, nothing crazy, but on the inside near the balls of my feet the lining material has worn away, and the sole has kind of collapsed in that spot. So I don't know how much longer they'll last, which is disappointing as I was trying to go for the sustainable option.

The shoes arrived very quickly. I am in love with my shoes! However the shoes of my boyfriend didn't fit quite that well so we had to return them. It was so easy! And the contact with costumer service is super friendly & quick. Love that we can buy shoes that are good for the environment & enjoy the best service that is possible!

I really wished I could love these shoes. They just don't fit me at all, which was weird. I always wear extra insoles so normally shoes are tight and my heel sits to high. But with these shoes the edges actually hurt my ankles. Besides that, they felt really soft.

The shoes are beautiful, the vegan leather is great but the sole of the boots I bought broke a month after I started using them... I am talking about normal shoe use - just walking in them around a city, nothing out of the ordinary. I am very disappointed.

I love the boots! Stylish, sturdy, eco-friendly, and VEGAN. The 9.5 (41) is a smidge tight on me but I worried that the 10 (42) would be too big, and I'm sure they'll break in a bit as I wear them. Fast international shipping is amazing, plus great customer service.

They looked wonderful and were very comfortable. However, Mine lasted about 10 months, bought in January and soles detached by October. I wore them several times a week for 4 of those months and about once a week for the other 6 months. For the price, I'd expect them to be far more durable. How sustainable are they if I have to buy new ones every year? If they were welted, then they could be resoled multiple times, but unfortunately not.
Also, the 'burnt' toe cap aesthetic looked nice for all of about 2 days before I got a scratch on the boots and it revealed that it's just a kind of paint. It scratched off, which made the boots far less attractive.
I'll probably stick with Will's of London. Similar vegan shoes but higher quality in my experience

I bought a men's size 45 of the Casian Black vegan chelsea boots brogue. I have wide arched feet.I have worn them a few times now and they fit very well and are very comfortable.They are also very attractive boots.I am very happy with my purchase so far.Thank you!!
