NAE Vegan Shoes Reviews 

Nae are just the loveliest company to deal with. Of my recent orders, a pair of sandales (so comfortable) and a couple of sneakers. One of the sneakers was not a good fit for me, organising a return is so easy. Highly recommend this company and their shoes/boots which are beautifully made and so comfortable.

Trainers were too large even though I took my regular size.
Flats were not comfortable and gave me blisters so I stopped wearing them. Overall very disappointed

Excellent service, the shoes where exactly as described.
Look forward to wearing them in Cordoba, Cadiz y Malaga.

I love this company and everything they stand for. However, their shoes run large and it costs alot to return/exchange because Nae is in Portugal.

I was super excited to receive my NAE vegan shoes. I feel great that my purchase has a much smaller carbon footprint and it goes with my philosophy of non-violence. The shoes are really good quality. Loving it!

Received stained shoes. I asked for a reimbursment and attached pictures in an email. They claim in bad faith it is natural and not a damaged product while the shoes are not wearable. They accepted to reimburse but not the shipping fees because it is a "service" so the buyer has to pay for it, despite them sending a faulty product. Waste of time and money.
Edit : I got reimbursed and ordered a different pair of shoes. Thank you.
Edit2 : The stain was clearly visible in the pictures but Nae keeps pretending it is natural. I have ordered a second pair of shoes and the sizing is off. Asked for an exchange and one month later I still haven't received my shoes. Very bad service again. Was clearly a mistake to give Nae a second chance.

I live in the UK. When buying shoes from this website for customers outside of the EU it should be made clear upfront the high cost of returns. For the UK this is £17 and my experience was that it took 3 weeks for a return and new size to be sent out too.

Products are as perfect as on pictures. Support service is quick, kind and efficient. I also appreciate often discounts so I could afford more of NAE shoes. And the most important thing - I completely live the same mission of theirs - to be cruelty free and kind to environment. I would recommend NAE to all.

I couldn't recommend Nae highly enough! I have purchased multiple shoes from this brand over the last 5 years including sandals, work shoes, heels and boots.

The quality is excellent and is still in great condition after all these years. The materials used to make the shoes are comfortable and durable.

The customer service is also great and I appreciate that their products are all vegan, made in Europe and have a 'good' rating on Good On You.

The information about the materials and sizes it'a super clear and the delivery extremely fast. I live in NZ and my shoes were in my door just a few days after I bought them, less then a week! The shoes are exactly how they look in the pics and super comfy!

NAE has fantastic customer service. I ordered from the U.S. and emailed them after not receiving my order for several weeks and noticing that the tracking status was not changing. It turned out that the shipping company had somehow lost my order. NAE worked out a claim with the shipping company and sent me a replacement pair. They even contacted me to verify my sized measurements and recommended a larger size than I had originally ordered. I am very glad a 38 was recommended based on my measurements. My original order of 37 would have been way to small. Shoes appear to be high quality. Would order again.

My first pair of sandals,which were beautiful, began to fall apart after 6 months. Probably a natural fault in the cork. Nae replaced them with a brand new pair. Great service. Great product.

Very comfortable shoes, lovely look too! The only thing is that I find them to be a bit big (I ordered my usual size, 38, I am not in-between two sizes) - I guess I'll add insoles for extra comfort.

Always a bit of a gamble to order from a new and (to me) unknown webshop. But in a couple of days my order was delivered. Everything nice and neat. The Ange cork sandals i ordered are great: stable but soft. So i'm keeping them! I also ordered the NOAH piñatex boots. From the picture they looks really nice and souple, like soft leather, but to my disappointment they turned out to actually be really stiff. I was planning on using them for hikes but i'm afraid and convinced they will hurt my feet. So although i'm not a fan of returning items, i unfortunately will.

I purchased Nae slip-ons online as sub for usual Birkenstocks - was interested in cork uppers. I love the look of the cork, it's taking a little more breaking in than Birkis but they are starting to soften after a couple of weeks. There's just a bit more foot coverage in the two strap version than I had imagined, but no big deal. Love that they use recycled tires on bottoms. Purchase process easy, lots updates on package arrival and it came when they said they would.
