Extended Warranty Claim

Submitted a claim on 6/30/2025. Today is 08/12/2025. I have not seen any payment. There is no way to talk to anyone in there phone system. They have never contacted me to let me know anything about my claim.

1 STAR IS 1 TOO MANY

1 STAR IS 1 TOO MANY! Be sure to read ALL of the fine print because they are implacable. It’s a lie that they have “warranty forever”, it’s warranty for however long you dot the I and cross every T of their agreement and do it within a limited timeline.

We Took trailer in for some work that they told the RV dealer was covered by warranty, then they denied the claim because they say they didn’t get my inspection coupon from the prior year, which I mailed to them immediately after getting the inspection done. There’s no mention that you need to send registered mail to prove you sent the coupon when your coupon is conveniently misplaced. They have other means of sending but I wouldn’t trust any means but registered mail with them. My RV dealer sent them proof that we had the inspection done but that didn’t matter, all that mattered was that they didn’t have the coupon. The one thing they did do was reinstate the “forever warranty” after receiving proof we did in fact have the inspection done, which is the important piece, but they wouldn’t cover the existing claim.

Worthless warranty

Worthless warranty! I have a Chrysler Pacifica. The rear sliding door came off the track and smashed the rear window. They won't cover the broken window. I had to spend $725. All they would cover is partial labor. My problem is the part that was under warranty caused the window to get broke but yet they weasel their way out of the issue. Save your money. Do not use this company for any warranty. Worthless

"lifetime warranty", as long as you jump through all their impossible hoops

same thing as the other reviewer, this time for a travel trailer. could not get a maintenance appointment in the "30 days from purchase date anniversary" and could only get an appointment a month after that date. after i sent in the maintenance invoice which was more than $2k they sent an email saying that because the maintenance was made after their "30 day rule" that i was S#$% out of luck.
im sure their business depends on this happening to people everyday so they dont have to do anything for anyone.
its just a racket so that they and the dealers can sell their "lifetime warranty" crap and get people in to buy their stuff.
horrible, horrible horrible experience

Worthless Lifetime Warranty

I purchased a vehicle for my daughter and the dealership provided a "lifetime warranty". We used the dealership for all maintenance for about 4 years, and kept up with all of the recommended maintenance.

After the dealership became slower and slower on oil change appointments, my daughter started taking her car to another place for oil change service. Last week her transmission went out, and we took it to the dealer. Even though I have all of the maintenance records, the warranty company denied the claim because we didn't use the dealership for simple oil changes. They admitted that calling for pre-approval of an oil change would be just routine, but used this to cancel the warranty. The transmission will cost $4,200 and this lifetime warranty was completely worthless!

I've used warranties with other car manufacturers and they've always taken valid maintenance records. Even GMC stands behind their awful vehicles with a warranty and valid service records.
