Worst customer service ever. I wish i read the reviews earlier. The delivery service was awful. The delivery man left without delivering the priducts twice. The app did not say which area it covers. And when i selected the area they covered. He did not want to come to that location it would have taken just 1 minute. I did not get any product but the app said delivered. I hate al nahdi and its service. Do not purchase from them please.

Don’t order anything online Al Nahdi is the worse customer service in the world.
If there is option for zero star I will give.
How they are ignoring this much negative feedback why they don’t read customers feedback.
Please improve your customer service

FAKE PERFUMES. PAID OVER 250$

My medical insurance addressing all the medicine recipes to Nahdi Pharmacy Co but: 1) the Coufatex (Warfarin) is not distributed : in such case there must be a list of meds. the pharmacy does not handle hence the insurance should not assign to Nahdi to avoid wasting time to get a further approval for another Pharmacy and go there. 2) Pills Micardis for hypertension: I got the approval and went to one branch on my way to work : not available even another equivalent then I went to another big branch where I found one pack instead of 3. The operator told me to come back one day later to get the balance and I paid the bill for all but once returned the day after nothing was arrived yet despite I guess so many people are affacted by hypertension. Moreover by having paid in a branch I must come back in the same to get the balance. Finally my opinion is : Nahdi shops (yes, mostly are shops) are full of cosmetics, perfumes, body care items as well of diaphers that most of people can buy for much cheaper prices in the ipermarkers, a pharmacy should concentrate their business on meds. availability and service. Just my opinion but I got a better impression from other pharmacies .

I purchased a Gucci Flora perfume from Nahdi, but unfortunately, the scent was not the same as the one I usually buy. I strongly suspect this may be due to poor storage conditions.

I initially filed a complaint around October 20–22 and followed up multiple times. Each time, I was told the issue would be resolved within two days, yet nothing happened. I have now been waiting for more than a month with no real action or solution.

Additionally, I returned the package to Samsa on 23/11/2025, and the company attempted a refund on 26/11/2025, but the process failed. I contacted them again, and they requested a bank statement to verify that I had not received the refund—despite having a full accounting department that can easily confirm this information.

As of now, the refund has still not been issued.

This lack of follow-up, delayed response, and inefficient handling of refunds is extremely disappointing, especially from a well-known brand like Nahdi. I truly hope the issue will be resolved soon and that customer service and product handling standards are improved.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star, went in today to enquire for antibiotics was turned away as a prescription was needed. Went to another pharmacy. They told me that Nahdi has a clinic service and they should’ve offered it to you so I went back asked them for that service the man looks like a penguin was not very helpful and the appointment for the clinic did not take place shame on the two who are serving people to heal them when them two should be really clean the streets with their attitude and awkwardness in that store next to Saffa towers Towers luckily it’s only a small store and trust me the man look like a penguin

One star for their delivery service is too much. I am from Al Hasa and I am waiting now 2 days for my medication to be delivered❗️Today is the 3rd day. I called their service number 3 times last night snd every time another gentleman promised me the branch who must deliver my medicine will call me me. This is day 3 and nothing! This is the last straw and I will NEVER order from them again. Previous deliveries were also problematic because their drivers can’t understand basic English. They call you but cant even say ‘I’m at your house’ so I’m always running down and chasing them in the streets to find them. Pathetic!

I am a loyal customer to Al Nahdi, never had a bad experience be it online or with their physical store. Items were delivered on time.

The worse experience ever. Not only can you enter just a saudi number to register but it takes FOUR DAYS TO DELIVER A PANADOL WITHOUT MENTIONING SO. Never order from them. And they DONT REFUND.

I placed an order through the Nahdi app. Before placing it, I tried to update my phone number (since I had changed numbers), but the app don’t let you change your phone number. Still, I completed the order with the correct email and address etc.

Immediately after placing the order, I sent several emails to customer service, but I never received a single reply. Honestly, there’s no point in even trying to contact them – they simply don’t answer emails.

The “Track your order” feature is also useless. I checked it every day for two weeks, hoping to see my order marked as “out for delivery,” but it never happened. Then, without any notice, after calling their customer service they inform me that they canceled my order.

They refuse to refund me, and I’ve completely lost my money. This was my last time ordering from them. Terrible service, completely unprofessional and unreliable.

Also, I strongly advise against taking any kind of medical advice from their store staff. They have repeatedly advised us the wrong medications.

Please stay away from this pharmacy. I just purchased some insulin and it turned out it’s poisonous. Take extra caution.

Poor communication skills

There customer service is the poorest I have ever seen. For 2 months I have been trying to get products I order on line that were returned back. They kept promising to do something for 2months. Finally I was told that I have lost my money and can't get my products back. What a shame!

Ordered medication on line , wanted to pick up the order but before I reach to the branch , the order had been cancelled in just 1 1/2 days …….The payment is still not refunded . It’s almost more than 55 days now …..

If there is 0 star I will put! The worst experience in my whole life in Dubai. I have terrible allergies and I see deliver time is 30min because my location is in West beach and there pharmacy is in nakkhil mall is like 5 min from me! I wait the order more than One hour without any updates and on top of that when I call them to ask where they are they told me to check and they will come back to me. They never call to me back I must to call them again they tell me that they will be soon in the spot with no any apologies and so so unprofessional!!! I will never order again from them and I don’t recommend at alll!!!

Very professional company

Non existent customer service. I made an order online and not all things were delivered. I already contacted them three times requesting a refund and haven’t heard back from anybody. Useless.

Salaam. I went to Nahdi chemist outside Zamzam towers in Makkah and asked for Otravin which cost 13.80sr. I was offered Rhinaction for 39sr.
I asked for cheaper and and was told this is the cheapest. I had to buy it as my nose was blocked.
Rhinaction did not work for me and I had to buy Otravin form the same chemist this morning after searching online. I found out it was in stock.
Why the need to do this.
