Never got the order, Naio does not compensate

Never got the order. Payed almost 80 euro got nothing in return. Naio does not compensate. So I never risk ordering again at this compagny.

I contact them immediatly they respond very nice but tell you to wait....and wait...and wait...then they tell you that the parcel is deliverd, but it is not. Then they're not responding anymore.I was always friendly, a little bit impatient but friendly.
This is no service at all!!!

Sand caps CAN NOT be sterilised in…

Sand caps CAN NOT be sterilised in autoclave. Will distort. Have purchased many similar items with no issue on heat sterilisation. Not clearly stated in product description. Not advertised as one use or disposable. Customer service dismissive accepting 0 responsibility. I recommend description needs updating.
