I have been ordering from naio nails for years. Not as often, but quite a lot. My parcel was delivered somewhere else which was annoying, dpd fault. I contacted naio nails, it was resolved very quickly and new package sent out. I trust their products as I have been using them for a long time

In customer service a girl called Aimee was the sweetest,as an very inpatient client she stayed calm and reassured me it would come before Monday , Customer service is the best x and there products is teaaa in other words amazing %100 recommend x

I don't normally review anywhere if I'm honest as I'm just a lazy person 🤦‍♀️ but I can honestly say I would 100% recommend naio nails. I had never ordered from here before but I do watch their tiktoks and YouTube videos. I have currently started learning acrylics and thought I would give naio nails a try after not liking products from another place I tried beforehand. The delivery was amazing so quick and packaged lovely, I ordered 33g of a certain colour but they didn't have any left when it came to packing so they sent 3x 12g instead so I got that tiny bit extra which was extremely lovely and I was so grateful. I then tested the powders and monomer I bought right away and wow! Hands down the best I've used it was so smooth to Use and when I thought I was doing badly before it must of been the products I was using because my nails are turning out brilliantly since using naio nails products. I cannot thank these guys enough! 100% reccomend, the prices are also so affordable for brilliant products!

Ive been ordering from here for the past 6 months and have to say I have been completely satisfied with the whole experience.

The products themselves are top quality.

Customer service is impeccable . Last order was packed and put out for delivery within an hour of submitting it - and this was a weekend. Not being UK mainland, I do have to pay a bit extra for postage but still its extremely reasonable and delivery to me is 48hrs rather then the 24hrs but Im more then happy with that

I love these products they are phenomenal the packaging has been great except for one issue but they addressed it immediately and fixed the problem. The quality of the supplies is great I have absolutely no complaints.Delivery has been quick with no issues, I highly recommend these products.

Never got my parcel. nevermind a refund. It is out there with someone and I paid for it. Naio nails keeps insisting the delivery company has delivered when I have video proof noone even approached my street let alone leave the parcel. Don't bother ordering from them since you will be paying for something you will never receive.

Poor delivery comms and poor response from customer service NAIO in trying to address , will never use again , product wise there are better quality products available.
