Guess what!!!

Guess what!!!! They don't even sell replacement parts for their product. I don't believe that Naipo is manufacturing these products. They just put their label and sell. Who cares what happens after that.

They don't honor there warranty I…

They don't honor there warranty I bought one of their products inside the box it came with a warranty card email them and they'll register to your warranty with the order number send them the order number they said they cannot provide a extended warranty on the item then why would you send the warranty card with the product I call bs watch out for this company All they want is your money.

Scammers, horrible customer service

Summary: an awful return experience. The customer service is horrible: they will ignore your emails, reply vaguely to your requests, hang up on your calls and lie to you.

I bought a massager and had to return it.

They were showing some information on their website saying that the return costs 7 euros from outside Germany.

I contacted them asking for the return instructions but they ignored multiple emails, and then answered some very generic things. I had to call, also multiple times because they hang up on me.

Then they told me that the information on the website is wrong, that the full return costs is for the customer and that they couldn't do anything about it!

After asking to talk to a manager, they acknowledged the misinformation and agreed to reimburse the shipping costs over 7 euros and fix the information on their website.

I then returned the package and provided them with the shipping invoice of almost 20 euros. They received the package after a week but never sent a notification for it.

After contacting them once again multiple times over a couple of weeks, they informed me that the refund is on their way. I remind them about the shipping cost refund and that their website is still showing wrong information to the customers.

I received the refund after another week, but the promised shipping costs refund is missing... Trying to contact them again but they never reply to me. They finally fixed the misinformation on their website after all this time though.

I purchased a neck shoulder massage…

I purchased a neck shoulder massage device for Christmas. I registered for the extended warranty with naipo which involved sending them the order number. In less than 3 months the rotating heads stopped moving. I write customer support and emailed them a copy of their company’s correspondence with me. They said they had no record of the order and that it must be from another non registered seller. Why did Naipo approve the warranty initially?
Anyway the device was great the 2.5 months it worked but despite showing earlier written approval if a warranty, photos of the device Naipo would not honor their warranty. If Naipo won’t honor their warranty why offer it and why buy from them ?

A completely awful experience

A completely awful experience! I wanted to replace a Naipo neck massager I'd had for about six years and been very happy with but had stopped working. I bought the "new and improved" version from the Naipo UK website and was very disappointed with the massaging action and not being able reach/see the control buttons.
I decided to use Naipo's 30 day no quibble refund guarantee. I had to email them to get a return label and instructions. Their website says any product returned without doing this will be refused. Over the last few weeks I have emailed three times but have received no response. I called the customer service number, which, despite it being a UK website, is in Germany and is answered by people who speak little english. They said they could only pass a message and I'd be contacted soon. Still nobody has contacted me! So, it seems I am stuck with a product I don't want and am out of pocket. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.

If i could give them negative stars, I would.

If you could give negative stars this company would earn plenty. Worst customer service for sub par products. Asked for the size of a gasket that they use for the Gand blender they sell and the company refused to assist. I mean I wasn’t even asking them to send or replace anything. Just bad.
Do not do business with them you will regret it!

BAD company dont buy from them

My neck massager busted through the fabric and support will not return my messages for replacement, despite their claim of a 2-year warranty. Bad company.

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. I’ve asked to order a charger numbers times and they just ignore me! They offered to send me a new massage gun but guess they weren’t serious for no replies to my half a dozen email replies on that subject too. Give me a break.

I purchased this product on March 3: Still not delivered!

I purchased this product on March 3, 2022. I have not received the product and cannot get any information about why I haven’t. I was told to pick up the product at the warehouse??? I have no idea what warehouse, what country, what state, what city? When I purchased the product, nothing was stated that indicated that it would not be sent to my home address. I have paid for a product that I haven’t received and I can get no resolution about how to get a refund or how to get the product to my home. This is the worse experience I have ever had and I have bought many many products on line during my 78 years! Terrible experience!!!!

Do not trust this company or their…

Do not trust this company or their products under any circumstances. Their products will break within a few months and they will do nothing to help you. No refund, no replacement product. They will beat around the bush and give you nothing. Absolute disgrace.

**BEWARE **

Quite possibly the least professional organization I have ever dealt with. Horrible follow up, shipping took almost 2 months. Completely unacceptable. When I received the package it had clearly been opened before and they just thought it was OK to reship it to me. I'm so sick of it I'm not even going to bother trying to get a refund. Beware! Beware!

I bought a neck massager at Amazon Canada. And my gf loved it so I gave her the one and I bought a second one for the road knowing that there should be a 20% off for the second one. discount never happened. So 4 stars.
