Avoid

Bought a seagrass carpet from these guys, all I would say is avoid any hassle and don't bother. Go direct to Alternative flooring where they source from and you will no doubt receive the product when you are meant to. You will pay for any savings made with Knotistry in wasted time and stress trying to get any form of customer care. Honestly thought I had been scammed after their third attempt of trying to get the carpet to me. Eventually picked the carpet up myself from the depot and avoided canceling the carpet fitter for the third time.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. I have been waiting well over 6 weeks for my order which should have taken 4-6. I have had to chase and been told that it's out for delivery but no delivery and no one answering the phone or calling me back. I wish I'd ordered from somewhere with proper customer service and systems in place.

Horrendous

Horrendous! The delivery was a day late and then the carpet cover was torn and ripped in several places exposing the carpet and then the carpet left in the rain with no repair job attempted on the tears so that, 24 hours later, I am still not sure if our new carpet is damaged beyond repair. Such a shame and totally unexpected too as Naked Flooring as a team were great but their delivery option is, in our experience, a total nightmare and not fit for purpose.

Excellent company

Excellent company. Great service at a really good price. Great communications. Could not be happier with our very large, beautiful sea grass rug. Would highly recommend this company

AVOID

Awful experience.. worst customer service ever. I was given a delivery date, asked to confirm this was acceptable which I did and booked a days annual leave. When I called the co at 5.10pm I was informed it wasn’t happening today, maybe tomorrow 😡
I have waited weeks for the rug to be made and alarm bells should have rung when the original order confirmation was wrong in the first place. My advice would be to shop elsewhere.

Best prices for carpet and great communication.

NF delivered a fantastic sisal carpet significantly cheaper than their competitors and on time. They were easy to deal with and quick to respond to queries.

Only issue was with the delivery driver who refused to let the item be inspected upon arrival and threatened to take it away if I wanted to open it. This unfortunately is contradictory to NF's policy on their deliveries that states items must be inspected upon arrival, and even writing 'not inspected' on your delivery receipt will invalidate any issues you then have with the order. Clearly this is an issue that NF need to address with their courier, as it leaves the customer in a legal grey area.

Having said this, we had NF on the phone instantly and gave on the spot reassurance that we could receive the carpet and inspect subsequently, so in this instance all's well that ends well. Thanks! Would use again.
