Worse service on the PLANET!
Absolutely disgraceful service
Cancelled my order and they still sent it out
Refused to collect the item forcing me to send it back myself witch i did and I received no response for 3 and a half weeks for them to come back and say they hadn’t got it
After a month of wasting my time I thought I had eventually spoke to a man with sense only for him to say he would check and get back to me and yet another week or so passed I then went back again and rather than pick up from where I left off I was being told they had no item and I’m basically screwed.
260 pounds lighter and no vape to speak of
Utter disgrace and one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with communication wise
The packaging for the product was disgraceful as well. How you can pack a 260 pound item with one layer of packaging is madness so I had to rewrap myself before sending back just incase they tried to say I damaged it
Here we are in March and I still have no refund and no response from the company
