With all valid Italian documents I was interested to make spid acess in fast way and made decision to pay without wasting time
Have done everything with verification
After that they told me to wait email
24 hours 48 72 and still waiting
Support they don’t have or you should pay to speak with them
I left a lot of requests to support team , but
They don’t answer me . I don’t think that this company is really serious on the market
Not responsible for clients money
Not for clients support
Not about those words
, now I wasted time, money , and possibilities with chose this company

Over the years I have had multiple problems with them. The SPID would be disable way before the ending of the stated period. Right now I need to use it and it tells me my document is expired and has to be renewed. My document expired 2 years ago and updated it straight away. It was approved, I used the SPID several times this years. Now it's disabled and the customer area has a greyed out "checking document" box which can't be updated, with the data of my new passport I uploaded and checked and got approved exactly 2 years ago.
The assistance is ignoring my emails for already 3 days, the phone call costs 10 euro?

I only needed to digitally sign an XML file, but the user experience is so poor that even basic tasks are frustrating and nearly impossible to complete.

The price is good, but once you start using the product, everything becomes a sort of no-man's land.

German Id and German Passport not working for verification. Tried 10 times. Its not even telling whats the problem. Useless. Wastage of time

they cant change a letter from your account how can they manage such important service
my name comes with a special letter , i register with the common one and during the registration , speaking live with the operator we saw the issue but i had to wait for a special permision that came the day after to fix it . unbelivable way of operation

I guess I spoke to soon when I left my latest review for this company. I was doing my invoices as per the regulations put in place by the government and noticed I did not have my token. I emailed them asking about it, for them to tell me that this had actually been delivered on the 1st of Feb.

I checked with the delivery company and it seems Namirial has sent my virtual signature token (USB drive) to a different person in a different County than where I live/address on my ID (which was checked by them twice on the call).

You would ask me why twice. Because the initial call they told me I'll have to redo the form because my middle name is not mentioned. Funny thing since the parcel was sent to a strange at a completely different address.

I'm sure you are curious to know what their response was when I contacted them - simple. =

No empathy, no apology, no explanation of what happened and why. They simply said, pick one of the two options - we either cancel the previously sent and you have to start the whole process again or we ask the stranger that got your parcel to send it to you.

I have a problem with both options. 1. by doing the whole process again I am at risk of getting fined by the government between 1000RON - 10000RON. (I will not pay this if I do get fined and I'll bring it up with the agency that regulates them) 2. I am not comfortable with a stranger getting my personal details and address.

As a summary and recommendation from my end - DO NOT USE! There are many other companies that provide a better service and can provide the needed signature. Will never use it again. It is a shame because the initial experience was 5*. Great way of turning things around.

May think of changing this review if things will work out and I do not get fined. In the meantime, everyone should be aware.

it's a scam!! I asked before on their site how to do a procedure with the marche temporali (digital stamp) and they told me it was possible just buying the product and dowloading the software. The truth is that it took 2 days to get the digital stamp (while other sites give it immediately) and that you need a device which you have to buy to use the digital stamp. they charge you immediately and once you have paid they tell you you need to wait and to buy more stuff to use the service.

The following to inform you that on 14 February 2024 I purchased the SPID service with Webcam recognition - Standard queue, on namirial.it
I carried out all the steps online to activate the service but it was never successful, as no one ever deigned to reply to me immediately after the recognition on the Webcam was successful.
I sent several emails to customer support but never received a response.
Paid service, never activated and never used and total absence of customer service. Be careful
Simply shameful. Online Scam!

Very complex and very hard to use. I found it extremely hard to recover my PIN code and their help pages were useless. I spent three hours trying to sign a document and ultimately I did not succeed.

Namirial is an appalling service. Namirial e' terribile!
