Directed to pay via Shop which wanted to access too much of my personal data. Amazon picked up responsibility for delivery and whilst tracking my order it showed the products were in their Enfield depot. I thought I was buying from a Scottish company a mere few miles from my home. Disappointed by the delivery miles involved for this purchase which also took longer to deliver than originally stated. Products themselves are good.

Tiny Pot
The actual product appears to be of benefit, so far. Gentle and effective. However, the pot is tiny and when mine arrived I was going to contact Napiers to check this one hadn't already been opened, the pot is hardly full, disappointing, not sure I'd re purchase.

Really glad the product itself has been gentle and effective so far. On the pot size, our creams are dispensed by a calibrated machine which fills by weight and jars aren't always exact for the weight/volume, so the pot can sometimes look less full than you might expect even when the correct amount is in there. Very professional company. Bought Cramp Bark Tincture. Product labelled well. I have been experiencing bads cramps as reducing an antidepressant medication (one of the side effects) it has helped immensely. Will continue to use this.
