I've been getting egg powder from that shop and it's a consistently smooth experience.

The customer service team do not respond to my emails. I have not received a refund for an out of stock item and each time I order I am charged 21 euros but the actual shipping costs are 3.80 euros. I have requested a refund on the shipping charges, providing photographic evidence of the actual shipping charges, but each time it is ignored. So far I have paid 40Euros in excess charges. I am a student and am so disappointed and do not understand why they won't address these issues.

Before I was introduced to Narayana-Verlag, I used to bring a lot of nutritional supplements from my home country, South Africa, because I couldn't find a website with reasonable prices and high dosage supplements. Narayana Verlag is an outstanding publisher and distributor of homeopathic literature. I have been a customer for at least 15 years. As a professional homeopath I regularly review recent publications on their website and update my library accordingly. I also especially enjoy their journal 'Spectrum of Homeopathy'. A recent volume on CNS/neurological diseases was so riveting I could not put it down. It gave me great tips for remedies I had not considered for some of my serious neurology cases. The customer service is also excellent and the books are always delivered within mere days even though I live on the Westcoast of Canada. I can't say enough good things about Narayana, the only bad thing is that I sadly won't live long enough to ever read all the wonderful books available there!!

I am a happy customer of Narayana Verlag. I have 135 homeopathy books bought from Narayana in my collection and look forward to some more soon.

I not only count on the books I've purchased from Narayanna-v. to continually flesh out and rerefresh my library but I urge my students to do the same. Good quality homeopathy books can be difficult to source. Not here. Always good choices of high quality.

Customer service is really bad. They blame the customer for everything. It's never their fault. Even when you give them a chance to apologize, they refuse.
Emails are answered too late or not at all.
People on the service phone are very unfriendly.
I can find good prices on other online shops where the customer is still handled with respect.
Never again!

I have order more times with Narayana and I am please with there products…..the products are very good quality, I specially like the coconut oil from them!!!

I used to be a regular customer, but after this experience I won't ever buy again online with them and wouldn't recommend anyone to do so.

Here is why: I had an outstanding Invoice, which I paid the full amount late, after they received it, they deducted a late fee and on top of that charged me another late fee. Then they sent me that invoice with the late fees to be paid, who does that?!

Normally when a late Bill is paid and it crosses over to the 2nd reminder, the fee is waived, here they deducted the late fee of the actual payment and added another fee on top of that, what a rip off!!

They just lost a good Customer in me by doing that and I will not again buy from them.

Great choice of books, but customer service is absolutely terrible! Not one order can be fulfilled without mistakes! They tell you one thing over email, and 3 hours later they say totally opposite. Time wasters. Save pains and order elsewhere.
