Booked MOT online
Booked MOT online . Paid for MOT... Turned up at garage to be told that my MOT is cancelled due to not having an MOT tester.
Checked my e mail to confirm booking and everything was fine. Two days later they sent me an e mail to cancel which I never read as i don`t check my e mails daily.
System should not have taken my booking if the garage doesn`t employ an MOT tester.
Waste of my time and money has also been taken out of my account.

Great online booking for same day MOT
Not having received any reminders about my MOT running out in a couple of days it was great to be able to go onto the web site, and see that there was availability for MOTs within the next couple of hours, and book it in. Even better there was an online discount. John & Peter were great at the branch, phoned when it was ready for collection, and were there to discuss when it next needed tyres when i turned up.
