Great customer service

Quick and easy to use. I had a couple of questions before it was picked up which were answered quickly.
I also needed to chat to someone afterwards to check the item was delivered and Shiella R was really helpful.

So far so good

So far so good, easy booking system, reasonable prices, collected and delivered on time and after sale service good as well- can’t ask for anymore

Super efficient and Nice!

very poor said it would be collected on…

very poor said it would be collected on the friday and wasn’t and then attempted collection on the monday without any notice and then said they couldn’t as there was no paperwork with it when the paper work was stuck to it on the friday when it was due for collection. and they havnt refunded my money as promised. avoid like the plague

Bad overall service

I got an estimate with precise dimensions. After the order was already picked up (note without any changes in size) I was told the item was too large and that I had to pay a fee (double) to get it delivered. Further, the item which was planks of wood, were damaged by a forklift used at the depot. Also despite paying additional fee for expedited pick up, the item was picked up five days late.
