I thought stencils were silicone they are a hard plastic, hard to use on very bumpy materials and slide bad

I accidentally checked my order for pick-up. I emailed them of my issue and they confirmed I wanted to pay for the shipping and I approved. It was really easy and I received my order a couple days later.

Although it is what I ordered, I was disappointed to find my stencil was basically cardboard with a plastic coating. I tried googling the different materials before ordering but in my confusion, I ended up just ordering what was cheapest. I wish there was a description of the materials on the page where I'm ordering. I'm guessing it would have to be different from the drop-down menu they currently have, like if you hover the mouse over 'ABS Plastic' or 'Oil Board' a description with an image of what I'm ordering would be helpful.

Anyway, my Stencil is still good enough for what I need it for, it just seems very fragile.

Too expensive, I expected something else with better quality of materials it’s not what I want it I already did the project last week and not even used

We really liked the first product we ordered and tried to get more. We had to choose a different product which hasn't arrived yet. We feel the shipping cost is really high and would like to see that be more manageable.

I order the product and two or three days later I got an email that I needed to pay extra for shipping, something went wrong in your system that didn’t charge me for shipping. I expected the company to stand behind their mistake your mistake but instead they did not so I told him I would pay for the shipping this time, but I will never order from them again because the price you see should be the price you pay. Period

Had exactly what I needed and shipping was fast.

Everything was great. Came quickly & exactly what we wanted!

The color and fonts are perfect, but my plate was seemingly typoed. It was for a model ship display, and instead of Pride of the Royal Navy, it reads "Price".

The service itself was great. However, once a sign order is recorded in the shopping cart, it would be helpful to be able to click on the order link to see a fully colorized picture of the sign order, as well as a full description of the order including all the details.

The website makes it easy to upload a custom design, and the finished product exceeded my expectations for accuracy and quality. Great experience overall.
