Very helpful in every aspect of purchasing a car from this company helped out with all the paperwork making it easy to understand even help us set up our tax and drop the car off to us at our home address highly recommended we definitely use again thank you!

Purchased a car from Mark, we're told it had a 6 month warranty. According to the documents this covers all mechanical issues.
5 months after purchase, the passenger side window stopped working and was stuck down. Contacted Mark who advised me to contact the warranty company directly.
After a week of unnecessary questions from them, they agreed to cover most of the claim.
Now, weeks later they have not paid the garage because NVS have not paid them for the warranties they have been selling cars with!
Garage are now chasing me for payment & Mark is ignoring all texts & emails about this!
Taking legal advice now.
Avoid at all costs.

Bought a van off of mark stating he had changed the injectors, done an cambelt and water pump and serviced the van. Turned up and within 24 hours the van had set on fire due to his ‘mechanic’ poorly fitting the injectors which were spraying diesel ontop of the engine. Mark instructed to get this repaired at his cost which he’d reimburse. Once at the garage it turned out it has had 3 2nd hand injectors, not 4 new ones it was sold as. Ontop of this was a cambelt only with no water pump. Claimed he was going to pay for the rectification(with emailed and text proof of this) and 9 months later still not a penny. Small claims court are still ongoing and debt collectors are getting involved.

I bought a faulty Mazda 6 2.2 D. I was asking my money back well within 30 days, but Mark said he dont have a money to give it back. The car is literally dangerous to drive. This company is a fraud , avoid it by any means. I will make sure everyone will know about this. Avoid Avoid Avoid.....fraud !!!!!!!

The car was exactly as described on the NVS website, and was given a new MOT and came with a 6month warranty. Best of all Mark was able to deliver it to me at home with minimal hassle and a small deposit saving me a trip to his showroom.

Mark's communication was good throughout the process right from my initial inquiry he responded to emails and texts promptly and accurately.

Mark arrived with the car exactly when he said he would and allowed me plenty of time to inspect and test drive the car. Mark was really helpful, he answered all my questions thoroughly and seemed trustworthy

The transaction was completed quickly and easily at the price advertised, with Mark leaving the car with me.
