Illegally took money from business account to offset their rising costs!!!
Sadly, I am having to take this company to court for breach of contract and illegally taking hundreds of pounds out of my business account for upgrades that was covered in the initial agreement. They stated that they can no longer to absorb those costs as so illegally decided that I should absorb them! You could not make this up. They have been give plenty of time to refund the money taken, but they are no longer responding to my emails and have left me no choice but to issue a county court claim against them to recover the losses incurred.
They also illegally took money from my business account to pay for ink that was delivered to another company, we had shown them proof it was not received and they agreed that this was the case then some 8 months later, still took the money [about £150] form my business account.
I also had issues with Pitney Bowes taking almost £3,000 from my account, double what should have been taken and I had an absolute nightmare trying to get this company [who manage my account] to sort. Their staff literally were arguing with me on the phone, in email and actually started laughing at me on the phone as they accused me of being in the wrong and that I was owned nothing. I was in fact owed £1,500 and had that refunded, and they apologised blaming Pitney Bowes, [yes it was their fault] but never apologised for how their staff treated me.

Quite simply a reliable company.
We recently entered into a new contract with Nationwide Franking Sense for our Franking Machine.
From discussion to receiving the new machine the whole process was handled so professionally. This company goes above and beyond to ensure the client is both fully informed and satisfied with the service.
Since installation, which was also seamless, we continue to have zero issues with either the machine or the service. Thank you to Jane and Julian for making this happen.
