Don't think this company exists. Placed an order mid January. No sign of delivery (late March). Company unresponsive to phone, email. Office phone always switched to an out of office answerphone. Avoid.
Ordered 4 radiators with a delivery estimate of 5-7days, contacted the firm upon ordering to explain that I could not see them on the tracker. They advised that radiators would not show up on the tracker only small items like valves ( I know what you are thinking, radiators are their business ) Anyway, i continued to call and was continually assured, bottom line - Radiators are now 3 weeks late
Rubbish service, rubbish reporting, dubious about anything that is said

The guy was really nice to talk to and the radiator turned up OK. However the connector valves caused massive problems and when I had ordered the wrong "type" they didn't want to take them back. Probably 30 phone calls before this got resolved. Very disappointing and poor
