I contacted native path regarding a purchase of their product. I spoke to a customer service representative who was very helpful. She answered my questions and solved my problem without any issues. Very, very pleased with the response that I got.

Diagnosed with osteoporosis, I looked for a collagen specific for bones. After using Bone Health Collagen peptides for a year, testing shows I now have improved to osteopenia. A major change I noticed is when seasons changed, my nails always split and broke even when taking biotin. After using Bone Health Collagen, my nails are healthy all year long.

I ordered the mango powder, but got the individual packets. That's okay, I will put them in my vehicle for road trips.

I was ordering six botles of Complete Tumeric, but got a message saying the debit card had been declined. So I assumed it had not gone through. Then I got a message from someone at Native Path that it was getting ready to ship. I had not seen the special offer for three more bottles for the price of one, so I emailed right away and said waitI I wanted in on the special offer. I have not received an answer and have never gotted any other answers from messages I have sent to you. I don't think you have very good customer service for that reason.

I love Native Path products but absolutely hate the way you constantly try to get me to buy more stuff. It makes you look schlocky (sp?) and like your products are marginal. Would prefer an experience where I can search the products I like without constant upselling.

Although I have a subscription, when I received the email about the update needed for credit card, I did that and attempted to delay any scheduled delivery. Could not find it on the your website anywhere. Now that I have one coming, I will definitely need to reschedule the next one.

Being with NativePath for several yearsd, they continue with high quality products, never a problem with shipping, and always responsive.
It would be helpful to be able to discuss the effect of purchasing two or more items whether there is getting too much of the same type of ingredient e.g. thinning blood.

I wanted my recent order to be changed to receive it sooner. They responded right away and scheduled it for delivery. Now that's what i call responsive reaction. And that deserves an ATTA-WAY to go ya'll !
