Well designed, hard wearing kit
Have multiple products from Native Union, this one was a MagSafe battery pack, which performs well and looks great (very thin) attached to the phone. I have only had one issue with a product from NU and that was resolved and replaced without fuss. I would recommend them without reservation

Native Union iPhone Case but NO!!! protection
Bought two (Re)Classic Case for iPhone 16pro, but separately both my partner's and my phone's screen broke dropping the phones accidentally. Unfortunately these cases have provided absolutely no protection whatsoever. It's a real shame as I had several cases from Native Union and never had this problem before.
