Very nice items but sometimes there are small defects i don’t know why. Case for iphone shows magsafe by dust and i can’t clean it. 140w power supply sometime has sound.

HORRIBLE AND ROBOTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

In 2022, while in France, I purchased a Native Union cable through Amazon France. This year, the cable stopped functioning. Since I am Brazilian, I activated the warranty and provided my Brazilian address for the arrival of the new cable.
The customer service that is "answering" my email request refuses to send it to Brazil, providing an excessive amount of contradicting information, terrible English, and an unwillingness to address the situation.

BEWARE of money grabbing tactics & policies of sales

You order an item and attempt to cancel it not even 10 minutes after. But here’s the magic, Native Union blocks you the option to do so!

Then attempt to contact the customer NO-service which isn’t available during working days, which tells they have automatic process so nothing can be for surely done.

But wouldn’t this be an acknowledgment before shipping of the issue itself by their customer service?

Absolutely disgraced they have the specs of the electronics in small print which you hardly find, and that their policies are what they are.

I think these policies are only money grabbing tactics.

Absolutely Adore

I have ordered dozens of items from Native Union. I love the fresh colors of these unique accessories. It makes it easy to curate a coordinated look. Sitting at my desk makes me so happy and I get so many compliments. Each item is designed to look beautifully and function beyond expectations. Even a power cord can elevate my space with a modern fabric and a knot to keep it in place. I have always received everything within a reasonable timeframe.

Poor service

You purchase the merchandise but you will need to keep your receipt. They should know their products and take you through so much to get a replacement. I have one now and taking my time to get it replaced because of all of the hassel.

Satisfied Customer

I now own two Native Union bags, several cables, a couple of power adapters, and a phone case with a magnetized wallet. I have found the quality of workmanship and materials in all the products to be uniformly high. Their design and appearance are also stylish in an understated way, even the cables, which are typically “just” utilitarian.

My only quibble relates to the two bags, the W.F.A. Tote Bag Pro and W.F.A. Tech Organizer. I wish the tote had slightly longer straps, while the organizer had a single hand strap flush with the bag. Other than that, I have nothing but praise for your products.

I have also found your customer support to be very helpful the one time I required assistance. They were prompt, well informed concerning the issue, and eager to assist me.

Great quality cases

Great cases! Only thing I wish is that they had real metal buttons instead of their current ”flat” button design. The shipping was also a bit of a struggle, but that was the fault of the postal service rather than Native themselves. Overall, pretty happy!

Great products, amazing support

Great products. High quality and great design. Support is amazing, fast and competent. Had one item that didn’t quite suit my needs, was immediately taken care of. Also had problems with a delivery and support took care of it in less than 24 hours.

Great product and design

bought several products from Native Union. 2 stands, 2 foldable stand and the small power bank. Bought them because of the design which I like more than other brands where products rather follow technical function. My wife immediately replaced here laptop stand when she saw the one I bought. This way I gave her mine and ordered a second one for me. Quality wise it also seems to be very good. Although I already had a small power bank for the iPhone I bought one from native union because it looked so slim. And it definitely is. Looks also more stylish than competitors. And I love the foldable stand because it is so slender and light. For my purposes it is also solid enough.
