There must be better options

Well, They are pretty good at structural garden design. Less good at planting. Less good at delivering what they contracted to do.

The workers aren't bad (not great either) but the biggest problem is the owner. He is extremely arrogant. He generally didn't turn up for meetings he had set and even when he visited on site he did not even acknowlege the clients.

And ongoing support is - predictably - zero. But we only spent 50k€. Maybe if you spend more you can get his attention.
