Placed an online order for two bags of Lotus dog food, they took the money from my credit card, after 3 weeks and multiple attempts to contact them, got no response back as to what was going on with the order still not having been updated or shipped. I ended up having to dispute the order with my credit card company. AVOID!
This is very bad company! Do not order from it! I ordered almost one month ago cat food. Never received it. They never answer their phone, never answer e-mail. there no tracking number. they look like real, but I think it is spam company.
