Early are indications are that this is a scam website. I ordered and no confirmation email arrived and so sent an email and tried to phone. The phone number is for a virtual presence in Reading answered in French by an operator who told me this had nothing to do with a British company. The email link is 'under maintenance' and according to reviews has been for months. We'll see if I get an answer to emails sent to email address stated elsewhere. Looks unlikely. Web world is crazy!

Update 16/5/24. I did in fact receive my order and an email confirmation after emailing regarding missing confirmation. The order came by 24 tracked. I tried the phone number on the image again and can confirm it is a number answered in French with a remote location in Reading. Not sure I trust these guys still. Will avoid in future

Not even able to contact the company and my goods have not arrived. I bought spirtulina for my SEN son over a month ago and am a single parent who cannot afford this scam. Very upset and disappointed.

Be VERY wary of this company. Like other reviewers here I paid for a product that never arrived.....tried to contact them but absolutely no response.....however a poor review I left them, prompted them to message me to contact them....which I duly did. My messages remain unopened and unread. Total waste of time and money.

This company seems to have gone out of business. I have used them for years but their website is broken and they don't answer emails.

Buyer beware. Following a saga of 10 months I have still not received a refund and customer service diabolical. Also disturbed to see they have removed my earlier poor reviews!

I ordered zeolite powder, it arrived with no instructions on dosage or how to take it. The email address and phone number listed are incorrect. Something fishy?

Ordered some health supplements as part of a detox. This was over two months ago. Nothing received. No response to my emails. Ended up getting my money Bach through PayPal as they didn’t respond to PayPal either. I hope the owners are ok, but if there’s an issue you should continue to take customers cash.

Placed an order 28th April received an email on 29th saying my order had been shipped, money taken from my bank.
Still no delivery, I have emailed several times, no response. Absolutely disgusting, my order was cream to treat my sons skin condition should be ashamed to take people’s money and not supply the goods. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Perfect! I ordered a few items from here on Wednesday and due to the current situation was not expecting such a fast delivery. My irder arrived on Thursday morning so I am very happy.

I ordered on Wednesday and for got to add something I needed so emailed and it was added to my order which then arrived on Friday morning. Given the current climate I was impressed not only at the assistance of the staff but also the speed of delivery. The products were also great quality and cheaper than my usualy supplier. I will defintitely order again.

I ordered goods on 7th March. It is now 3rd April, and I have not received them. I sent five e-mails, but so far no response. There is no phone number on the website and only a post office address. Red flag! I wish I had found these reviews beforehand - I wouldn't have ordered from them. They advertise many, many positive 5 star reviews online - but I couldn't find them. I paid £20 courier fee for the goods to be delivered to Copenhagen. They sent me a notification that the goods had been shipped "and should be with you shortly". They have not given me a tracking number, which I requested. I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Horrible experience!
I placed an order and I payed 1st class for delivery. After a week, nothing!
I looked for their phone number on thier website, none is provided! This shows the kind of company you are dealing with. They did not even contact me to apologize for the delay. I wrote them a message to cancel my order and I am waiting.

I placed my order on a tuesday afternoon and it arrived on wednesday morning so I couldn't be happier. My order arrived well packaged and the quality of the items i ordered were exceptional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
