Really happy with the Calf Sleeves
Really happy with the Calf Sleeves. I first started using them for walking and was surprised by how much extra resistance they added. After a while, I even started wearing them during kickboxing training. They’re comfortable, stay in place and definitely make the workout more challenging. I’ve also noticed that my legs have become more explosive, especially when kicking and running. Really happy with them!

I was a little skeptical about Natural…
I was a little skeptical about Natural Resistance at first because weighted activewear sounded a bit gimmicky to me, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised.
The quality feels really good and the weight is distributed well, so it doesn’t feel like you’re just wearing something heavy or uncomfortable. After a few minutes I barely notice it, but during training you can definitely feel the extra resistance. I especially like that it still feels and looks like normal sportswear rather than a traditional weighted vest.
It’s not something that completely changes your workouts overnight, but I do notice that regular movements feel slightly more demanding, which is exactly what I wanted from it.
The only downside for me is the price, as it’s definitely more expensive than regular activewear. But the concept is unique and the quality has been good so far.
Overall, really happy with it and I’ll definitely keep using it during my workouts.

We love the sleeves & shorts!
When I saw the Natural Resistance products on Instagram I was really amazed. I have never tried or seen anything like this.
My girlfriend and i decided to give them a try while training for an upcoming trail hike. We both have the arm sleeves and shorts, and we’re really pleased with them. They feel great during our walks, definitely feel the weight. And I would definitely recommend NR!
