This was a bit of a joke of an experience. I ordered something to be shipped to the UK, received a cold email informing me that my order was cancelled and I would need to pay extra postage and, I answered that I am very happy to pay the extra for the postage, and received no reply. Send 3 more emails asking for the order I desperately need, begging even, no reply.

Big fans of the vegan cruelty free ranges in our house
Love all the Lavera products in particular, it's brilliant to have such a gorgeous vegan and cruelty free range for skincare and make-up.
Delivery is always prompt and the personal touch of a hand written Go raibh mile card is so cute !
