Great quality. My dogs love the taste and my sisters picky puppy when he is at ours, this is the only food he will eat fully and lick the bowl. Good healthy poos, embarrassing to write but shows it's high quality. Recommend. Try and get on allaboutdogfood.co.uk and you should get more people finding you.

Ive been through hell with my dog,and her protein and carb allergies and weight,and its cost a fortune.Within days of being on naturavetal complete wet horse food,the itching stopped,her coat shines like glass and she is losing weight,I had to source a dry horse kibble from another company,to go with the wet food,which was a shame,but other than that I am so happy,with the complete food,advice and service,5 stars all round.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I’ve bought from Naturavetal several times now and I’ve honestly never had a single issue — the quality has always been spot on and the service has always been excellent.

This time I placed an order and paid for delivery, but I was contacted in advance to let me know it wouldn’t arrive on time — which I actually really appreciated because it saved any hassle and they were genuinely kind about it.

Vivian was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond helping me change my order, and even helped me pick out extra items for my Great Dane puppy Bruce. The personal touch was unreal — she wasn’t rushing me at all and gave proper helpful advice.

I was also surprised (in the best way) to hear it’s a family-run business. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do — it’s rare these days to get service like that.

Massive thanks again to Vivian and the team. I would recommend Naturavetal to anyone looking for the highest level of service and quality food — I’ll 100% be ordering again

I was first introduced to Naturavetal through The Canine Nutritionist after we confirmed that our dog had a protein intolerance. We needed to start him on something completely new that he had never eaten before which was easily obtained through this company.
They have been so helpful and supportive to us on our health journey with our dog and have made the whole process so easy. Always happy to answer questions and orders have been prompt. I can't rate this company highly enough.

I have been buying supplements for my 2 Belgians for a quite sometime now.
I have them on extra berry and organic herbs along with organic hemp oil.
The products are excellent, excellent service, goods well packaged

Thank you for the very helpful advice personalised for treating my dog's loose bowels. You did not try to sell me anything my dog didn't need, and the quality of the food & supplements is brilliant. The BEST customer service.

My dog loves this food, he is a very picky eater and we have tried (quite literally) every high-quality food on the market, from Years to Butternut Box to all the popular raw food brands, so the fact he cleans his bowl every single meal time speaks for itself.

The customer service is also exceptional – always so helpful and friendly. 10/10 from me and Dug!

Finally found a fab alternative to raw feeding for my small maltipoo. Due to my compromised immune system, raw is not an option. Communication with these guys is fast and efficient as always. Products I can't fault. They're happy to send samples and advice has been really welcome. The beef lung treats are a right hit also! Will be due to order again soon!

This dry pressed food has been great for my Labrador
He has suffered with diarrhoea for months and I have tried all sorts of different kibble foods including Royal Canin Veterinary Health Nutrition Hypoallergenic which was even worse. After a personal recommendation I gave the Canis Plus® Beef a try and he loves it and his poos all solid and he is so much happier

I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't found Naturavetal. We struggled to find food that suits our allergic pup - they always seem to contain at least one problematic ingredient. We have now been feeding our boy Naturavetal for 1.5 years. With Naturavetal, we are able to give him a variety of proteins in the form of 2 types of cold-pressed biscuits, 3 tinned foods as well as meat rolls that we mix with supplements to create a balanced meal. He is thriving!

With sensitive dogs it is always trial and error to get the right combination that suits them (we do need to add a bit of extra fibre (fresh broccoli or cauliflower) to both the biscuits and tinned food).

We have consistently found the customer service to be excellent - they reply quickly with useful information/advice. The biscuit samples provided, made it easy to work out what our best options were.

My only complaint is that the advertising could be better :) It took a long time to find Naturavetal and it would have saved us a lot of stress had we found it sooner... I think there is a big market for natural, healthy but convenient dog food in the UK - and no one seems to have heard of Naturavetal!

I’m sorry for the previous reviewers dogs reaction, and hope things are sorted. My experience with this company could not be more different. Amazing customer service , phone calls , follow up emails, samples etc. alongside super quality , natural, nasty free food that my dogs love, and look amazing on. If you want a super cheap food, and don’t mind it being full of chemicals, fillers, and harmful additives, this food may not be for you . Having said that, because of the quality of food, feeding amounts are incredibly small !! . I would highly recommend this food to anybody. A truly great company with a super product.
